Great Phở probably the cheapest near Shoreline but –one star because sometimes they are super slow so don’t go in if you are in a rush cause its hit or miss some days but worth the price. They also credit cards which is rare at phở places which is nice.

Very big portion with very reasonable price! However the inside of the restaurant is a bit. I don’t know how to say this. But just don’t really feel great. Just small details. But overall great place!!!

Super cheap and right around the corner from my job, this place is my go to for phở. I’m here getting take out at least once a week. My standard is the vegetable and tofu phở with veggie broth. Their fried tofu appetizer is great, as well as their spring rolls and noodle bowls. You also can’t beat the price of phở at $ 4.95. The staff is nice, and it’s quick and easy, and usually busy during lunch, which is a good sign.

The prices can’t be beat. There are tons of phở places nearby but this one in my opinion is the best one. They also have a good menu selection and the food is always very delicious. I have also tried a few drinks there and the bubble tea is very good :)

We were there about 2 weeks ago. My brother in law picked up his vehicle from Maaco and we thought to go up the street to try out this soup place. Excellent quailty and quanity is all we can say. The price was very reasonable. The tea was outstanding after which we went out to buy the same flavor(crysanthamum) at the Ranch market. Next time we are in Seattle we will visit this nice lil’ food place. The service was good as well.

When I’m feeling sad and cold(basically all winter) I like to walk down to phở tic tac and get myself a bowl of tofu vegetable phở. It is cheap and super quick and tasty… And who wouldn’t want to eat phở at a place called phở tic tac(toe!).

Reviews are a mixed bag for Phở Tic Tac… seems like people think they are really great or just the worst. The only thing that looks to be consistent is that the service is lacking(which was accurate for my visit as well). I mean the service was fine, people were nice enough, but it was lacking. I’ve driven past Phở Tic Tac a million times and after seeing a number of positive reviews I thought we’d give it a try. I really wanted to like this place bc it’s not too far from home… but the phở was sadly disappointing. The broth had hardly any flavor and the basil didn’t look fresh. Maybe this is dramatic but I felt dirty eating there… I did not feel confident that things were sanitary. I’m still puzzling over the good reviews.

I have always enjoyed the Phở here. The service, while not enthusiastic, was satisfactory. Do not place your order over the phone if you can avoid it. My only bad experience here has been ordering over the phone and having half of my order screwed up. Instead of chicken it was chicken meatball(not a fan), and no extra noodles. Next time I’ll just take the extra 15 minutes to order inside.

First, let me just say that I have been to Phở Tic Tac a few times in the past, although probably not for at least four years. I remember the food to have been okay and the service average. That is, nothing about this establishment struck me as outstanding. There is a cluster of Phở restaurants – including Le’s Phở Tai and Phở Ha, both of which are pretty good – within just a few blocks from this place, so if I’m in the neighborhood, I usually hit one of those two places instead. However, I was on my way to an appointment and Phở Tic Tac was a bit more conveniently located. Location, location, location, right? Anyway, I was pressed for time, and phở shops usually get the food to your table within a couple of minutes from ordering. After all, they’ve got the big vat of broth already simmering away, and all of the condiments are already staged, right? I mean, that’s what I’ve seen elsewhere: take the order, plop in the rice noodles, ladle the broth, add whatever cuts of meat were ordered, and voilà – kitchen to table in zero point nothing. So, I entered Phở Tic Tac on a Monday at 12:30, and the restaurant did not look too busy. There were a fair number of open tables, although the majority of these had bowls waiting to be cleared away. Perhaps this was not a good sign. I sat at one of the cleared tables and was given a menu shortly thereafter. A couple of minutes later, a member of the wait staff to the order of a gentleman at a neighboring table who had been seated just moments before me. Then my order was taken. So far so good, right? About 3 – 4 minutes later, a plate of garnishes(bean sprouts, basil, etc.) arrives. A bit slow for most phở joints, but still okay. The time is now 12:34. My appointment is at 1:00 and is about 5 minutes away, so I figured I’m good to go. So I wait. And I wait. And I wait. The man at the neighboring table is served. The time is now 12:42. Things seem a bit slow, but I figured I still could make it. So I decide to wait. And I wait. And I wait. And I wait. And after that I waited some more. I look at my watch and it’s 12:47. I contact my appointment to say I may be a few minutes late. I decide to give it 3 more minutes. So I wait. And I wait.(12:48) And I wait.(12:49) And I wait… At 12:50, my food still has not hit the table. So, I get up, walk to the cashier at the front and tell the person there – who appears to be the manager, by the way – that I am canceling my order because I cannot wait any longer. She seems surprised and says my food was just around the corner in the kitchen, waiting to be delivered. I said, «sorry, I’ve got an appointment at 1:00 and have to go.» She apologizes and I leave. Now, I do not know if they recycle their unused garnishes as some other reviewers here have said; perhaps that’s true and that would be rather alarming. I do, however, see that others have complained about the rather lackadaisical service. You can add mine to that list of complaints as well. What the cashier/manager should have done was to offer me the meal for free and pack it up to go. Or, she could have offered something similar for use on a later date. Any decent establishment would have done this, because it keeps customers happy when slip-ups happen. And, it keeps them from posting negative reviews on sites like this. Oh, and by the way, I got my phở fix down at Than Brothers further down Aurora. I walked through the door at 2:30, was seated immediately, ordered at 2:31 and was served at 2:32. That’s more like it, don’tcha think?

Very tasty food. I ALWAYS get #24 w/extra veggies and the pork & shrimp fresh spring rolls, my friend usually gets the crispy spring rolls or the wontons and the chicken phở. ALWAYS amazing and cooked to perfection . The staff are always so sweet and funny. We usually go at dinner time, so they’re usually pretty busy, but they still make time to make sure our order is correct. They have super cheap phở, so we only spend like 16 $ total when we go. :) Recommend this place to all

One of those no frills kinda places. You can expect to be seated right away, may wait around to order and food may take a while, especially when theyre busy. The food is good and always hits the spot. A frequent vistors tip: if you order something that is not basic phở. and possibly something that doesnt get ordered much. iit may never come out unless check up on it.

If you’re ever in the mood for cheap Vietnamese food, decent dishes, and relatively fast service, make a stop here. Most of the food items are a bit lower than your average phở and this place does serve other dishes than phở. Located right across from Walgreens on Aurora, Phở Tic Tac has plenty of parking. Even at peak dining times, you never really have to wait for very long to get seated. Since I have been here multiple times, the dishes I recommend trying are: 2 in 1 roll, phad thai, veggie phở, banana desserts, and dry noodle pork bowl. The 2 in 1 roll is my top favorite dish here. Simply described, it’s a crispy eggroll within a spring roll. Fresh, crunchy, and tasty, eating a couple of these will help fill up your tummy. For those who are vegetarians or want to eat on the healthier side, I recommend trying out the veggie phở or tofu phad thai. The veggie phở uses a different type of broth and is surprisingly, very flavorful with its large variety of vegetables & tofu in it. As for the phad thai, this place makes it slightly on the sweeter side but nevertheless, you get a huge portion that is enough for two. However, if you are a spicy fan, I recommend asking for this dish to be at 5 stars because even at 5, this dish wasn’t that spicy. I had to dabble quite a bit of chili sauce on it to get it to my usual spicy preference. If you’re feeling more adventurous, try the dry noodle pork bowl or finish your meal off with a banana dessert. For the noodle bowl, it’s basically noodles + various vegetables + shrimp + BBQ pork and it’s serve with a side of phở broth. Very simple meal but at the same time, tasty and filling. For the banana desserts, the fried candied banana + side of ice cream = YUM. It’s an odd combo but a refreshing dessert from the usual cake and such. Overall, phở here is average. I actually come here more often for the non-phở food dishes and so far, haven’t left disappointed in the food :)

Really good prices is the only thing this place really has going for it. It was super cramped when we went so we were sat right by the kitchen which sucked. We waited a very long time for someone to come over and take our order. We ordered two bowls of phở and two drinks. We then had to wait another really long period of time before our food came out. The food was meh, not worth the wait. We ended up all together taking an hour to get in and out, a majority of which was waiting. If you don’t mind slow service and average food with a high level of noise around you then this is the place for you.

This is my go-to for phở, even if it’s a little out of the way. The menu is huge, and I haven’t had a thing on here that isn’t delicious. I am both a dine in and to go regular, and the experience varies. Never far from great, though. Since I’m sleep-deprived right now, these talking points could get long. Price: The prices are amazing for the portion size and quality of the food. Around $ 5 for a massive bowl of soup, $ 3 for super fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce. It’s not just the soup, either! Portions: Very generous. I can get a bowl of soup to go and it lasts me about three meals. Maybe ask for extra meat if that’s your thing. I’m more of a veggie person, though, so it’s perfect for me. Thin-sliced chicken instead of chunks — yes! Sometimes the veggies don’t look straight-from-the-farm fresh, but I’m well aware that’s not always possible with little restaurants like this. Customer service: So here’s where it can vary. Everyone who works there is super friendly and nice. I absolutely adore them. However, it’s not a very fast place to grab a bite, even when there isn’t a crowd, which happens frequently. If they tell you 10 minutes for a to go order, expect at least 15. If you run out of water, you might need to flag someone down to refill it. Otherwise they are great. Establishment: Not in the best of shape. From seat cushions to bathrooms, it’s a little rough, but you can’t judge food based on your chair. I’ve sworn off some places that looked way better, and — surprise, surprise! — it just had to do with the food. Spring rolls: It’s a dumb, little thing… The last three times I’ve gotten them, the sides have ripped apart and spilled the goodness everywhere. I mean I still manhandle them into my mouth with that perfect peanut sauce but it’s pretty inconvenient and definitely not attractive. So all in all, this place is a gem.

After frequenting Le’s Phở Tai for the past few months, I don’t think I can ever come back to Phở Tic Tac unless I have no other dining options. I started to notice that the ingredients they use are not very fresh. The bean sprouts and thai basil that are normally served with the phở tend to look old and not very fresh. I assume that they store them for a longer time in order to save money, but in my opinion they should have been tossed out awhile ago. Tho phở itself doesn’t taste that great, and I usually squirt in a lot of hoisin and sriracha sauce for more flavor. The restaurant itself could also be a bit more cleaner. It gets a little old whenever every time I come in, I have to check to see if the table counters are somewhat clean and not sticky. Gross. There were a few times when they forgot to add in certain ingredients in my phở, and I had to remind them every time. Sure, Phở Tic Tac is cheap but I would pay a little more for better phở and cleaner environment.
