My wife and I couldn’t be happier about our wedding, thanks in part to the big role that Erika and Rasa of PlanningSavvy played throughout the planning phase all the way through the big day. We were both hesitant about getting a planner at first thinking we can save some money and do everything ourselves. Now that the wedding is done, seeing how happy our guests were and how relieved and thankful we were to have them around that day, hiring them was the one of best decision we made for the wedding.
After our first meeting with them, we knew we had to work with them just based on how enthusiastic they were. While we picked out and talked to all the vendors ourselves, they were really proactive as the date approached, sending out detailed timelines and even calling some to make sure they were aware of what’s going on.
On the big day, they swiftly handled all the issues that came up and let us concentrate on enjoying each other and our guests. That reason alone is why you hire planners/​coordinators, but Erika and Rasa did so much more. These two are the best and you won’t regret having them around on your big day.
