This is across the street from my work so I end up eating here a few times a month. Pretty good sandwiches, soups and salads. I like that the sandwiches are toasted. Prices are on the lower side for downtown lunch options.

This is my go-to lunch spot in downtown Seattle. It’s always so fast and tasty. I love that they introduced a bigger version of their original sandwiches, called«Bigs», but honestly, who wants to say«Hi, I’d like a tuna sandwich, ‘Bigs’, please!»? That just sounds absurd. So I say«Hi, I’d like a big tuna sandwich.» and they always know what I’m talking about. Martín is my favorite employee there. He is always so kind and matter-of-fact when he puts the toppings on my sandwich. I always enjoy ordering when he’s there. Try their milkshakes sometime if you’d like a pick-me-up. They are delicious. My favorite is the coffee milkshake, although I’ve tried their holiday peppermint milkshake, which was good as well.

FOOD — Meat and veggies are fresh and thin sliced which translates into juicy crunchy, and crispy deliciousness. I highly recommend the Italian! SERVICE — 30 person line during lunch? No problem, the staff gets through it in minutes. LOCATION– Small eating area and it could be cleaner but that’s probably hard to do with the amount of traffic they get. Don’t bother coming here unless you’re on foot or picking up because parking is scarce. PRICE– Best value in the area! $ 6.90 out the door for a footlong toasted sub, I’ll be back.

Not bad not bad. I liked their bread a lot, kinda chewy, look toasted a bit but not too crispy and not hard to eat. Nice vegies and like the smoked turkey meat especially. The online ordering system very convenient.

Came here around 12 on a Thursday for lunch, looked busy but only took about 5 minutes to get our meals. Not allot of seating on the inside during he lunch rush, but there are tables and benches outside as well. Great sandwiches, tried the«pizza sandwich» and«Italian». Both were great!

Honestly the worst sandwich I’ve had in Seattle, which is saying something because that’s apparently all they eat here. The first guy forgot my mushrooms, second guy forgot my pickles, and I was left with a couple crusty lumps of bread and absolutely tasteless tuna. But the staff were friendly, fast and very nice, and it wasn’t busy at all, so I’m going to guess this is a product of cheap ingredients and poor organization. If you want a cheap sub, Subway’s tuna is better and you can see the ingredients you’re picking and remind staff if they forget something. But don’t go to Subway either — go to Homegrown. It’s just around the corner(had I known…) and has the BEST sandwiches in the city.

Stopped by looking at the great reviews. Sandwiches were made quick and quite delicious. Bread is fresh. I liked the fact everything is fresh. The Hot Peppers are REALLY good, not spicy or hot for me a nice taste and crunch. Soup, delicious. Had the Oreo Milkshake. I like the fact they weigh the ingredients to remain consistent! Will definitely come again.

Had the best sandwich ever at Potbellys! The staff are adorable, friendly, and fun to talk to. Their was a charming guy named Dylan at the cashier who took my order. ;) The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and Oreo shakes with the cookie on the straws are my favorite! Definitely swing by for lunch and order a sandwich.

Cheap sub shop downtown. What makes this place returnable is the bread! Super soft and flavorful. I went around 2:30pm and it was pretty empty. Staff was friendly and attentive. Sub was made within 5 minutes. Also, I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup which was a good complement to the sub.

This used to be my go to place for breakfast. They used to be nice and friendly and helpful. I guess that’s what happens when it is a new store or could it be that the current manager is an ass. That guy is never in a good mood and all his employees are starting to act like him. Too bad upper execs can’t or don’t see this because I think it will turn a lot of people away. Maybe when sales start really falling they will take notice. I feel bad for the long time employees there. They don’t seem to smile as much and I’ve noticed a lot of turn over.

The wreck is to die for. I love mine with wheat and hot peppers. This thing tastes better than subway, their bread is heavenly and the portion size won’t break yiur wallet or leave you empty. I just wish they had kept the caffeine free diet coke. Highly recommended.

Delicious! I used to visit this location on my lunch when working downtown. I decided to take my fiancé to try their sandwiches on Christmas Eve. Thankfully, they did not dissapoint. Their sandwiches are unlike any other sandwiches in the area and are absolutely delicious. I especially love their«hot pepper» mixture and dijon mustard which adds a texture to the sandwich that cannot be found elsewhere. Cost is reasonable and staff is friendly. We will definitely revisit when possible.

Pretty good sandwich shop! This is on my rotation for places around the office that offer a quick, but tasty lunch. The line moves pretty quickly and the staff is friendly. They have your standard choices here for sandwiches, but if you’re looking for something tasty I’d highly recommend the pizza sandwich! Also, the hot peppers add a nice touch to any of their sandwiches. Come in here if you’re in a hurry and want something good!

I wasn’t too impressed with this place, but I wasn’t expecting much. I got a cup of chicken noodle soup to go with my Turkey sandwich and chips, and it was just meh. The service was good and I had a cute cashier ;)

Potbelly is another great chain sandwich shop that offers great quality at every location. So why pick them over the other sandwich chains? Their spicy peppers, of course! Their sandwich fixings are very good along with their bread, but adding those peppers(double for me) is what really makes these sandwiches shine! It’s also a huge plus that you can order your food online and pick it up. This location gets very busy during weekday lunch hours, so if you hate waiting in lines like I do, online ordering is the way to go. They also have decent soups, cookies, & smoothies!

Recently, I ordered a soup and sandwich. Yum. When I got back to my office and took the soup out of the bag, I discovered that it was not the soup I had ordered. I wrote an email to Potbelly and they compensated me for the soup very quickly. This is how customer service should work. Rapid response. Fix mistakes. Assure the customer that it should not happen again, and also that if it does, it will be corrected. Kudos for good customer service, Potbelly!

After walking by this place for over a year, I finally went in! I was with a senior citizen gentleman that I help care for, and we agreed to stop here for lunch. It was busy when we arrived, but we were quickly intercepted by MARY, who noticed that my friend was trying to make his way slowly with a cane. She sat us down at a table and brought us menus and offered to take our order there so he didn’t have to wait in line. That was pretty awesome. The rest of the staff was great as well. I offered to give Mary a tip, and she said that they don’t accept tips, but that they appreciated word of mouth references. Wow! Fortunately I am a concierge at a hotel a block up the street, and will steer our guests here in the future. The sandwiches are very delicious, comparable to Quiznos, but smaller, more affordable, and with better tasting bread. Since my initial stop into this Potbelly, I have been back thrice, and Mary remembered us and asked about my senior friend, whom I brought back last week. I am vegetarian and they have two vegetarian options. Loved the regular veggie but not so much the Mediterranean version with hummus. They are not open on weekends but there is another location that is, a few blocks away. I think that the other girl that impressed me with her attitude was named Rena? I asked Mary about her name and may not have it right. She has multiple shades of bright colored hair. I’m surprised that they don’t have name tags here.

Small sandwiches for the price. I didn’t like that. I’m giving this place 4 stars because the atmosphere was great and the strawberry smoothie was to die for.
