It’s so hard to find a cleaners these days with cleaning AND customer service that is on point. But, in finally glad(and relieved) to say that I have found that cleaners. Qc cleaners provides the best cleaning service and customer service in the area! Just recently I’ve seen a new face working there and honestly I feel that the service had gotten even better! There was one incident however that I had a pen stain on my shirt when I brought it in. the worker there nicely informed to me that there is a possibility that the spot can bleed out onto the fabric more and told me that they couldn’t guarantee a 100% clean top. That is so honest! Most cleaners would just take the job and charge you regardless of whether or not the spot came out.(Rude). I got the blouse cleanes anyways and it actually came back without the stain! I was so happy! Qc cleaners has shown me thats its not all about business. They truly love and care about your clothes and do their best to return it to you as clean as possible. Any of you putting a bad review on for Qc. ya’ll be trippin cause Qc cleaners is one of the best there is in the neighborhood and I HIGHLYHIGHLY recommend their services to you :)

Best cleaners ever! I had found some stains on my dress, which was the dress I was going to wear for NYE and QC Cleaner came to the rescue! The lady was very sweet. She made sure I got my dress before the party, stain-free! Thank you, QC Cleaner!

Mrs. Sook is the sweetest lady. I was in the area for work and found this lifesaver Q C Cleaner’s. I was here for about a month, so I came almost every week to get all my nice clothes dry cleaned. Everything was pressed and cleaned so nicely. The ultimate test was when I noticed there was a little wine stain on the edge of my skirt. I took it to Q C Cleaner’s right away and they magically returned it to me with no stain. I was so happy about that! They were professional and polite every time. I recommend this place if you live near by or you happen to be in the area and you need your clothes taken care of in a timely manner.

I was in Seattle for a wedding and noticed that I had a massive stain on the dress I was supposed to wear. Fortunately for me, I went to QC Cleaner’s and they did an excellent job removing the stain in a very timely fashion(next day) and for a great price! I’ve had some issues with other cleaners in LA, wish they were closer to me so I could use them more often. The lady who helped me(who I am assuming is the owner) was super sweet, so it’s odd that there are so many bad reviews, I didn’t have any issues at all.

Stay away if you value your clothes! They ruined my wife’s silk and linen sweater by washing/laundering it instead of dry cleaning it as we had requested. The garment was trashed — literally shrunk by inches. When we tried to work with the owner Sook about the issue, she was incredibly rude and refused to issue any sort of credit or compensation despite the fact that the sweater was quite valuable and had clearly been ruined by their mistake. She even hung up on me while we were discussing it! Pretty amazing considering we had been a customer of theirs for some time. Well, no longer! Plenty of good dry cleaners in the area — don’t risk this one!

The owner is very rude and does not care about customer relations. I had been a customer for several years. When their new employee made an error and over charged me, they would not return my money. Instead they gave me a store credit. I did not want a store credit. The business made the mistake and therefore onus should be on them. They are uncaring of the customer and do not value my business. I will go somewhere else for my dry cleaning needs.

These people have a work ethic that never quits, and they are unfailingly courteous. Everything is done by the date promised. Alterations, no matter how difficult, are done and done right. Awhile back, I started using a different place because they sprang up next door to a grocery store; how handy. But the lines, the lost clothing they did NOTHING to compensate me for, and their rudeness in the manner in which they refused an alteration job gave me pause… and then I remembered that I already had a perfectly good dry cleaner within a mile of home. I’ll never leave them again!

While the dry cleaning is adequate, the service is horrible. When I had a problem with an alteration that had been done incorrectly and had ruined my garment, the owner did not want to take responsibility for her mistake and give me a credit. I finally got the credit after arguing with the owner for 20 minutes and continued to use their services since I had the credit. Everything was fine for a while until I had another issue with an alteration, this time a pant hem. The owner begrudgingly ageed to fix the hem after yet another denial of error(the legs of the pants were different lengths!). A year later, today in fact, I took some pants in to get hemmed. The owner brought up the past issues, blamed me for their errors and completely revised the history of what had happened! She was incredibly rude and agressive, and even started laughing — I’m not kidding! I will never give them my business again! Fortunately, there’s a much better dry cleaner just up the street!

They ruined a pair of pants I had them alter. One leg was much shorter than the other. I took them back and it was so obvious they apologized and said they would fix it. Now the legs are mostly even but way too short. The pants are basically ruined. I requested a refund of the cost of the alteration, not the cost of the brand new pants I’ve never worn. They refused the refund! Even though they know that I’ve given them a lot of business over the past year. I won’t ever go back for anything(cleaning or alterations). I caution others about using them. If there’s ever a problem the owners don’t understand the meaning of customer service. The neighborhood has other options. I will use them from now on.

This dry cleaner has not failed me over the past 2 years I have been using them. I have only used their service to do basic dry cleaning of pants and shirts so I can’t really speak on their tailoring quality or other services. My clothes are always available after 2 days and when I needed a rush order they were happy to accommodate. Service is polite and quick once they have your information in the system. They seem to charge an average if not good price.

QC Cleaners does a great job. They don’t ruin our clothes and they always have the same«special» running: 8 pieces for $ 32. Not bad! If you have a full length coat or something like that, they just tack on a couple bucks.
