QFC

As a vegan who lives only a few blocks away from this store, I was pleasantly surprised to find so many natural food and body/​home care products at this QFC, as well as a decent produce section which includes some organic fruits and veggies. The store isn’t huge, but it has all of the basics covered and then some, plus a convenient parking lot.
I’ve found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. When I had a problem with the self checkout, the attendant was prompt, pleasant, and patient. The store is kept clean and seems to be kept well-​stocked.
The store may be more expensive than some other grocery stores, but prices don’t seem to be outrageous (to dock this specific location for prices doesn’t necessarily feel fair to me because the prices are the same at any QFC location.)

I used to really like this QFC because they had really good produce. But not anymore. Their produce is crap more often than not, and so expensive now. I wish they would get back to normal. :(

Not my favorite we generally only stop in as a late night last resort. It just feels so meh and he selection is so limited. The checkers tend to be really nice but outside of that not much else

This is a pretty convenient grocery store in the Interbay neighborhood. You can find good deals if you have a QFC card, and even if you don’t have one, most cashiers will use theirs so you get good prices but they get the points. The deli staff is some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a grocery store. One time I asked if they had greek salad in the deli case, and they offered to make the whole salad just because I asked. (I just needed a cup so the rest went into the deli case). They have great meat specials usually. The overall space and variety is smaller than the QFC in the U-​District, but I find what I am looking for 99% of the time here.

Came to this QFC as it was close to a party I was attending. I walked around the cheese section which is good size here. I was looking for about 30 seconds when someone asked if I needed help finding anything. I haven’t been asked in a grocery store by an employee how I’m doing in a couple months. Bonus to you!
This QFC is bigger than most of the other locations I have visited.
There is a nice patio area out front with a lot of tables and chairs.
Parking is free and in the garage from the south entrance.

Everyone in this store is angry, employees and clientele alike.
They’re angry because everything about shopping here is inconvenient. The lot is hard to get into and difficult to navigate. The aisles are super narrow and product so densely packed that it’s difficult to find what you want, and you practically have to climb over people to get it.
Their produce section is great, blowing Metropolitan Market and Albertson’s out of the water. The meat section is also good, though you’ll be paying a couple bucks more than you would at Safeway for something about the same quality.
The shopping experience is no fun though, which is what gives it a 3 star rating instead of 4.

I originally wrote this review in June but decided it was too lengthy so I’m revising it. I’ve been shopping at this QFC for 8 years, mainly because it’s convenient to my house. The prices are definitely higher than Fred Meyer, but my biggest complaint is the customer service. Most of the cashiers aren’t very friendly and act as if they’re being inconvenienced when you need assistance. My breaking point was when I was there in June and one of the cashiers thought it was more important to shoot the breeze with another cashier rather than help me at the customer service counter. Even after I walked over to him to ask for help, he brushed me off and continued to finish his conversation with the other cashier. When he finally did come over to help me, he was noticeably annoyed.
There are a few good employees that work here. The guy with glasses in the produce department is very friendly and helpful, and the «cheese lady» is also helpful. I usually have to wait at the meat and deli counters though, even if there’s an employee around.
Overall, the customer service leaves something to be desired at this location. Unfortunately, it seems all of the unfriendly employees are the ones who have worked here for years. I now go out of my way to avoid this store, even though it’s only a couple of blocks from my house.

High prices, not a very big selection; but I guess it is a pretty small store.

I think it is great. Good quality food, decent prices, always the same staff and they are friendly. Open 24 hours/​7 days.

I went to use the self check out because I was in a hurry. And the machine tried to call the assistant. But no one came. Another clerk told me to use a different machine. I did that one didn’t work either.
No one came to help me with the check out. So I had to go back to wait in line and go through the check normal check out.
When I told the checker I had a problem with the check out he didn’t say anything not even I’m sorry.
They have a horrible customer service I will never shop there again!

My friendly neighborhood grocery store… I know everyone here and have been comeing for years. They have a great produce and seafood section… all I really need;-)

As a quick place to go for a last minute item for dinner, it works. But if you want to make a large grocery run, I’ve found at time they don’t have basics like chicken breasts. Perhaps I just went at an odd time. Also, I wish they would have cereals on sale a little more often. Convenient but not my favorite.

As the other reviewer said this is the perfect sized grocery store. Has almost everything you need without being a full city block like Fred Meyer.

Wow. Some people have been having some really bad experiences here, apparently. Fortunately, I’m not one of them. This QFC is perfectly located on my way home, and though I usually don’t need any assistance, when I have, the staff has been friendly. (And the people at the Starbucks are *always* friendly, without exception.)
No, it doesn’t necessarily have the best selection, just because it’s not a huge store. But it’s got the basics, and I like how I never have to wait for a self-​checkout machine.
Anyway, perhaps things will improve even more once the housing across the street is completed and this store has a lot more customers.

Clean and convenient. Sushi bar could be better and with brown rice options.
They were well stocked. They take Ralph’s cards if you’re from Southern California.

This is a really nice little QFC. Parking lot can be tricky at times; however, parking has always been available. This is a great location if you need to run in and run out to get a last minute item. There are several self checkout machines available and people actually seem how to use them here which is a plus for all.
The produce always looks fresh and they have some killer deals on bagged salad kits when they become closer to their end of sale date.
Overall a great QFC that is clean, well kept and has a unique Seattle feel to it!

So from the outside… it doesn’t look very promising, the parkign lot is small with very narrow parking stalls.
Inside, the store is also small and it looks like they’re trying to do some bit of a renovation as the floor tiles were half done and half not.
However, they do have an antipasto bar which is what I was hoping and the crostini I was looking for was available.
Staff was also very courteous and nice. Good place to go if you’re looking for a specific item, but the set up and parking lot bring it down a bit.

Mind you, this is not the largest grocery store we’ve ever been in. But, the folks who work there and the how well they stock the store is impressive.
We’ve shopped here for over five years and the only grip we have is the parking lot, which is way too small. Their Deli is great, as is the meat selection.
As for the wine section, QFC seems to do a great job (a la Trader Joe’s) in having some of the best selection on hand and at discounted prices.
