As of today, this location is now gone. The signs are down and the business has split up into Bill Pierre Ford and Bill Pierre Chevrolet. There is a notice on the bay doors to this effect.
It’s too bad, though, nobody could beat their oil change deal. Since the time I visited last, Jiffy Lube now has an «economy service» for $ 29.95 that’s a pretty good deal, and only includes oil and filter change with no extras. Sometimes, that’s all you need.

With the VW no longer under warranty, I didn’t have any real motivation to continue with dealership visits for tune-​ups and oil changes. After I priced out my next milestone service, I started calling around to comparison shop. Then as luck would have it, I received a free oil change certificate. I called and spoke with a very nice guy who patiently answered all of my questions. I made an appointment for the following week.
I arrived with a charged smartphone and my lunch, expecting to wait for longer than I did. I was done within the hour, just enough time to eat my takeaway and reply to several work emails while catching up on a podcast. While I was there, one of their employees was cleaning the bathroom and front desk. The pungent smell of disinfectant lingered only a few minutes but dissipating quickly. It’s not a complaint, just a mention that they took the time to really clean public surfaces which I appreciated.
When it was time to settle up, Alan (manager) gave me the printed checklist of all they did. He indicated the items that were fine along with the items that they would watch again when I returned. I will definitely return for oil changes here with an appointment. Alan said that making an appointment ensures that a bay is open for your car and no one else’s service can jump ahead of your scheduled time.

Went to them to have my snow tires put on. They did not overtighten them, which is good. Their prices were fair, slightly less than another place that I called.

Second quote is mandatory. You don’t have to go to one place and one place only and give a crap review. They never give me the stinkface or any hassle when I need an estimate. Each job is different, each car is different. I got all my tires changed and they inflated my spare after my tire exploded the night before. Also, they gave me a courtesy shuttle to get to work and optional pick up service. They called me back when my vehicle was ready. And a vehicle health report and estimates on how much each service would cost. They were able to do my tires that day and other things I needed.

Too good to be true I suppose. That first review was written when this place first opened up. They must have just been trying to get some business. I was just checking to get a new battery from them and they quoted me $ 60 more than the Les Shwab down the street.
I told them this, expecting them to work with me on the price (I would have liked to give them my business), but instead they gave me an attitude… not cool.
Moral of the story– always get a second quote if possible.
