Ralph’s Concrete Pumping

If there was a minus rating for this company that is what they would get form us. this is very personally. my son was working for this so-​called company for approximately 2 – 3 months, when on a job, he and his instructor was setting up for, the boom they were using came in contact with electrical wires, thru no person fault of their own, as far as the investigation has shown, my son who was inside the truck, received 25,000 volts of electricity through his body. He immediately went to Swedish Hospital. While at the hospital he received numerous phone calls and texts Ralph’s concrete employees, not one to check on him, but to harasses him, and call him names. not one phone call or text was in regards to his well-​being. and then he was told to have a meeting with the general manager the following morning where he was promptly fired, oh waited, he was told my the general manager that the GM was sorry that the company had failed to give my son adequate training, and then promptly fired him. check in to this company, it has numerous lawsuits pending for one thing or another. not only are they not a family friendly company, they are a danger to society.

Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever dealt with any company. Over charged dispatch stated «I don’t know what to tell you» about over charge! I kid shows up yelling at my crew with no warnings of air in pump getting hit in the face! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you want to get treated unprofessional and get over charged!

Can’t say enough about this locally-​owned, family business. Best equipment, timely service, clean/​professional operators and very good follow-​up. The few times we’ve had the inevitable issues with rough concrete or job delays, Ralphs has accommodated. Brian G, guessing you don’t have much experience with construction — after you do a few more projects, why don’t you come back and revisit your review. Ralphs is an industry leader in customer service.

Ralphs has some issues with keeping their word. They show up at unscheduled times, claim they wont charge you for the standby that you don’t need and then in the end charge you for it. When I called the field manager he claimed he would look into it and get back to me with a solution… Hey Tim, still waiting to hear back. The pump operator wanted to clean up on site, I opted to pay for the fee to have him clean up off site (which he didn’t seem to appreciate), so he cut the concrete off early and pumped out the remaining concrete from his hopper into our pour, then blew out his lines on site and washed out his hopper in my street and I’m left with the mess and the charges. Thanks a lot Ralphs, I can only hope you provide this same quality work to everyone else in this down economy, it will no doubt sustain your business :/​Where is the zero star option?
