Dr. Tracy is nice enough although he seems to try and up sell me each time I’m in there. They did a cleaning for me and told me that part of the procedure was only partially covered which is an insurance issue. They can’t seem to get it right with billing. They sent a bill to my wife instead of to me which is strange. They also were calling my wife over and over for me and her to come in and see them. So my wife was bombarded by phone calls and emails. I called and spoke to them about it and they seemed to not care that I was going to no longer see them. I will not go back and I would suggest steering clear of this dentist office. Learn some customer service and spam call a lot less is my suggestion.

I have been going to Dr. Tracy for 18 years now. People think I am crazy but I look forward for my dentist appointments. In the last 18 years I have never had a bad experience (unless you count Dr. Tracy’s jokes). I will continue to recommend Dr. Tracy and will be coming here for many many more years.
