Nice guy and salon. The building’s exterior is in need of repair. It made me not want to come in for a haircut as it looks run down. Maybe new siding, garbage a hidden. The inside is so nice! It needs to match the outside.

Robert Hass runs a fine salon, in a genuinely old, pristinely restored to perfection, house in Wallingford. You’d never know it was a salon if it did not have a sign on it — Robert restored ‘this old house’ to utter perfection. It is a small salon and has a very home-​y feel and atmosphere, which is very nice. One of Robert’s associates, Amy, did my highlights and cut, and she did a very good job. She was professional, and listened to my concerns and wishes. Overall, it was a very satisfying and pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend. A definite asset to the neighborhood.

Warm, friendly place, and I appreciate being able to book online.
My husband has thick, difficult-​to-​style hair, and Robert does a great job with him.
My hair, on the other hand, is fine and thin, and I am not at all articulate about how to cut my hair – but Lindsay was terrific. For the first time in my life, someone I didn’t know asked me who did my hair. I was happy to send her to Robert Hass Salon!

I just had a great haircut by Lindsey! The salon was nice, not pretentious, and the appointment started on schedule, which I appreciate. She did a wonderful job with my curly hair, and I left feeling great about my cut. The prices were extremely fair, and I will continue to go back. Thank you, Lindsey!

I have been a client of Limdsey’s for about 3 years now and when she moved here, I followed. What a great move (back) that she made! This salon has such a great space and atmosphere, every time I’m in there, I always notice something new and unique about it. I can’t comment on any of the other staff there from personal experience, but as a whole, it seems they are just great at what they do. They all have a string passion and enthusiasm for what they do and it shows! I absolutely adore Lindsey and love the place she has chosen to share her talents with.

My hair has a natural curl and I seem to get more than my fair share of bad haircuts. Maybe it’s because I’m picky, but I must say that Robert really knows how to cut my hair. He’s very talented. And a wizard too. I’m a frumpy old fat chick and I’ve gotta say Robert really knows how to make me look GOOD! As long as Robert is cutting hair within a 500 mile radius of me, I’ll be his client.

Robert is not only an excellent stylist, but he’s also a very special person. I can’t really describe it, he’s just loving, kind, and gentle– yet realy– and just makes you feel good.
You get a great hair cut in a nice clean salon, and you also get a stylist who isn’t in a hurry and will do what it takes to make you happy.

I just moved to Seattle and was concerned about three things: finding a job, a book club, and a guy to cut my hair. My sister recommended Robert. Robert is a wizard! He took so much time and did a fantastic job on my hair. The salon itself is comfortable. I fell asleep and woke up with a great hair cut!

For many, many years I went through the routine of getting my hair cut at a new place. Things would start out great, then gradually devolve. Then, almost 20 years ago, Robert filled in for another stylist that was out, and NO ONE touches my hair now. He once was away for an extended time. My hair got really long. When you find something that works, stick with it. Robert is the best!

DeAnna does great things with my hair! She’s was patient through the many haircuts when I ask for just a trim, but with a little style. My last haircut involved washing, drying, straightening, pulling into pony tails, cutting, rewashing, actually cutting, and then finishing so that I could donate the hair I’d been growing. She was great! To top it off, she’s super accommodating with my schedule.

I see Teresia here, and she’s great w/​my curly hair. I also get my tight waves relaxed here, and she’s the only person I could find in the Seattle area that doesn’t only do the Japanese hair straightening. I love my curls! They just need to be tamed ;o)
