High quality furniture. Some is reasonable, some is not. Most is made in the USA so he will be supporting American jobs. Staff was very helpful when I went.

Such great furniture and so many great layouts to give you inspiration in your own home! I really love all of the designs.

Beautiful store with really nice pieces. Love the designs on some of their items. Great place to look for ideas if you’re crafty, but most don’t fit in my budget. My friends were playing, ‘guess how much this costs?’ and our jaws would drop when we find out the price. It was a fun game. I really like the colors on their walls and notice that they sell the wall paints as well. I might come back for that!

This place is pretty luxe. You can get lots of great ideas for furnishing and decorating your place by perusing the various rooms at this joint. The Hubs and I went there for a Unilocal Elite Squad event and left happy because we think we found the perfect bed frame. We’ve been looking for a modern, wooden bed frame that’s low profile and will last for years without looking «dated.» We’ve been searching for almost six months and we think we found the one for us at Room & Board. Awesome.

I love that they have a lot of natural wood furniture especially the dinning room table, it looks like it just got cut from a tree and with lots of care and integrity in that there were no alterations done, leaving it to be a beautiful piece of art in addition to functionality.

Haven’t bought anything there yet, but I strained my eyeballs pretty hard ogling the great contemporary furniture. The level of finish was very good on all the work and what we looked at was American made, what a nice surprise. Layout is engaging and well done. Makes me want to have a yard sale and buy all my stuff from them (I can dream), meanwhile I’ll be back to oogle some more.

I like the furniture here and was shopping for a bed and a dresser today. I came at about noon, from the park, with my 2 year old. We wandered around for nearly 20 minutes and were not even acknowledged until we left. I love the quality of their products and our whole living room is from here, but the experience left me a little underwhelmed. They might want to consider encouraging a bit more customer service from employees. I had several questions that no one was around to answer. Now I am considering other stores which I never would have done before!

Great store and great furniture (excellent design, American made) and excellent design associates, very knowledgeable and customer focused. Yes, a bit on the pricey side but for the quality, craftsmanship and customer service well worth the investment.
Their customer service is second to none, we had a little issue with an item we bought there a while ago and they fixed it in not time without any consideration or questions why and how the issue happened. I will be back and highly recommend this store.

Awesome service! Bought a very nice Herman Miller Chair. I had to get it replaced and it was hassle free. Just a phone call and they sent the repair man to try an fix, then just replaced it.

Always been a fan of Room and Board — have a couple of pieces of their furniture over several years. I was somewhat disappointed with this location. If you can interrupt a staff conversation — there is alot of knowledge. Guess you never know who is a serious buyer… Crate and Barrel was able to sell me a similar coffee table.

After a completely terrible experience at Pottery Barn, we came here to get our couch set. They were friendly and helpful from the very beginning. You can feel that the furniture is made with quality materials. Yes they are a little more expensive that other places, but you get what you pay for. Everything is fully customizable.
The couch was delivered on schedule, as customized, and by very friendly and ON TIME delivery team.
Honestly, this is the first time in my life I ordered something from a sales person (based on their promises) and got exactly what I wanted and wasn’t disappointed or regretful afterwards.

My boyfriend just bought his first house, so we’ll need to upgrade our furniture soon. I was at University Village last night and I poked around in Room & Board for a few minutes.
I was greeted halfheartedly when I entered the store, and nobody made any further moves to help me after that. The store was almost completely empty and eerily quiet, so it wasn’t that they were busy. I guess I didn’t look like someone with thousands to spare for furniture. That might be true, but I know someone who DOES have the budget for gorgeous sofas and armchairs, and I’m basically his decorator. so it might behoove Room & Board’s employees to stop chatting with each other and at least pretend to have some interest in their guests.
Grouching aside, I was wowed by the merchandise at Room & Board. They have many beautifully curated «rooms» displaying their furniture, and I wanted a lot of it. Sleek and classic styles, yet very modern, almost Scandinavian. Very much my style. I’ll be back, boyfriend-​as-​homeowner in tow, and perhaps when they see him they’ll see fit to provide some service. ;)

We bought a dining set there and are overall happy with it. It’s great how many options they have for configuring the tables. And, the showroom is big with friendly, helpful, non-​pushy staff. Lots of choices, and pretty much everything was classy and appeared well-​built. Much of what they do is made-​in-​America, so that’s a plus.
Delivery was on-​time, easy to schedule, and friendly.
Minus 1 star because the item arrived with felt-​tip-​pen markings on it. They sent out a technician who was able to quickly clean it up. But, they shouldn’t have sent it out like this.
Minus 1 star because they added me to their email list when I asked them not to.

It’s nice to change of scenery for a different kind of furniture store other than the big box/​main chain store. I love the main entrance with water feature and landscape. There are some cool pieces of furniture but pricing is not average.

Fantastic customer service, see Bryan! Great choices and down to earth prices. Furniture came when promised with white glove delivery. Throw pillows cost more then PB or C&B, but choice is better and much higher quality.

What an impressive new store. This place is visually pleasant, starting the point where you get on the escalator going up.
Once I was actually in the store, I was shocked by how clean and modern this place is. It is so sleek and well organized. I was doing some shopping and went from Crate & Barrel directly to Room & Board. I was so stunned by how fancy this place is when I walked in!
Staff are all super friendly as the store is still very new. Still sad that B&N is no longer here.

I love this place. They have a contemporary vibe similar to Crate & Barrel, but offer something more postmodern and exciting. The store is huge and very well lit with a wide selection of furniture and fixtures including upholstery, window treatments, carpets and pillows. They clearly have the living room and bedroom covered. And while they do offer outdoor and home office options, these areas don’t have a deep selection.
They stock a few fixtures and accessories, but many if the furniture items require delivery or pick from their Southcenter warehouse. And any custom orders take about 12 weeks. I’ve also learned that many of their rugs can be custom ordered in a wide variety of sizes not shown on their show floor. This makes their website the go-​to resource for most information.
Room and Board has some serious game. The service is friendly and very helpful. The have wonderful style, a nice selection, and will make a welcome addition to your home décor.

So affordable! Love the furniture here as well as the pillows. I was in U Village to do some holiday shopping and couldn’t resist looking at this gorgeous new furniture store.
If you’re into modern, sleek lines, this is a great space to check out. Lots of boxy, low to the ground items, lots of hard lines and lots of gorgeous materials and prints. Nothing is too traditional, nothing is frumpy, and absolutely nothing looks like it came from grandma’s house.
Prices (and style) remind me of Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel or West Elm. Not crazy expensive but not cheap like IKEA.
