Dr. Roys is great. He knows a lot about the latest drugs and therapy. I’ve been to several Dr.‘s that have placed me under a disorder that I know I didn’t have. Dr. Roys kept asked more questions than the other Dr.‘s and gave me a diagnosis that I agree with. Since he prescribed the medication I have gotten a new job and a girlfriend. By Dr. Roys taking the time to listen to me, he prescribed the correct medication which has had a huge positive impact on my quality of life.

Dr. Roys himself is wonderful. He’s very intelligent and up-to-date on current research and theories, which I admittedly did not expect from an older fella. His receptionist, however, needs to be fired asap. She’s one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I loathe having to make appointments because I have to talk to her. Also, I’ve never had insurance problems with his office. They file the claims for me and it always goes through accordingly!

When I arrived for my appointment on 10÷10÷05, there was no one at the reception desk to help me sign in. As a result, no photocopy was taken of my insurance card. 1.5 years later, when I am calling my insurance company to find out why I am being told I owe $ 220(for a 30 minute visit), they say that my insurance was never billed. The doctor is actually a nice enough guy, although I don’t feel he was really paying attention to me when I talked. I bet he has heard much more juicy problems than mine, so I get it, but still. I felt ignored and then ushered out. Edit: They did agree to not charge me for the visit.
