These guys are fantastic. They are friendly and quick to process paperwork. Karrie was straightforward and answered all my questions. She also got me a significantly lower rate than anyone else I asked, even another State Farm agent at another agency.
It was pretty much as enjoyable as buying car insurance could be.

After a recent theft and having to go through this whole process for the first time, every single one of his team members were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They had answers for me within the day, and walked me through every step with patience. I would recommend anyone to Rusty, hands down!

I’m from out of state and the circumstances of the policy I need are complicated, but Rusty and his staff have handled it kindly and effectively. Whoever answers the phone never fails to make me laugh, and Rusty’s response time is super quick.

I had a policy with a
type of company. Customer service was always hit and miss. I decided I want a real agent that knew his trade. Rusty is spot on. He was able to explain and answer every question. I find comfort in knowing that I can walk into his office and talk to him when ever I have a question. The whole office is helpful. Unlike most businesses they really do call back when I have left a message.
