Description

Specialties

Samurai Noodle is the leading Japanese ramen restaurant in the northwest. We specialize in providing the authentic ramen shop experience that normally one would only have if they were in Japan as we make our broth on site and from scratch by specially trained chefs. Our most popular dish, our signature if you will, is our rich and hearty Tonkotsu ramen that will leave anyone feeling warm and satisfied; perfect on those rainy Seattle days.

History

Established in 2010.

In 2006, Samurai Noodle opened its first store in the Seattle’s International District. Our mission is to provide an authentic, Japanese ramen shop experience to not only people familiar with the culture, but to newcomers who have only had prepackaged ramen from a local grocery store. Conveniently located on the Ave, after four years Samurai Noodle has finally come to the University District offering extra space and an expanded menu (now serving gyoza, daily specials, and new vegan items.) It’s always a rainy and blustery day in Seattle, so pull up a chair and warm your heart and soul with a delicious bowl of Japanese culture.
