We couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor! Angela Coria is just simply genuine and cares about her clients and their needs, wants and dreams. We inherited a home with a massive amount of debt and had to sell. We knew absolutely nothing about selling or buying a home so the search for a realtor began. Of course we called Windemere first and seemed like all he was interested in was what he could make off of us… then we went to an open house and Met Angela… OMG! THE BEST FRICKEN REALTOR IN WASHINGTON STATE! Not only did she walk us through each and every process there was in selling and wiping out our debt, but she also saw us through the purchase of our family dream home. A new beginning (Thats what we call it)… She has every resource possible, from contrators to other agents, to credit fixer uppers to plumbers and escrow agents. If we ever have to sell our home I am running straight to her for help. She truly does care not about what she makes but in giving you a piece of mind and finding what you want… After all… its nobodys investment or life but your own and Angela can help… make that call even if your unsure… she will guide you.

Angela has helped me find my house, a multi rental, and 2 townhouse investment properties. Her team even came on the walk through of the townhouses we purchased recently and they have eagle eyes. They caught stuff that I would have never noticed on my own. With my personal house, Angela was able to help me get the jump on a terrific deal on Capitol hill before others. She has resources for house inspectors, contractors, and everything you will need to get your property. I’ve referred her to friends who have moved to town and they’ve been quite pleased with her as well.

Finding a home in the Seattle market can be quite challenging. You need patience, persistence and a reliable agent. We worked with Angela throughout our search and truly feel lucky to have found her. She was incredibly responsive– was able to show listings on the same day. She understood and really respected what we were looking for in terms of location, type of house, etc. And though we were likely the pickiest clients she’s ever had, not once did she push us to make an offer. I would recommend her in a heart beat!

This will be the 2nd place that Angela has helped me find, and she is just as amazing this time as she was the first time. The first condo was in lower Queen Anne and was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately life happens and I had to sell it a year and a half later.
