After consulting on hundreds of websites while working for a larger web development firm I figured out that small businesses usually don’t need more than a solid $ 500 website — Hence Seattle500. Expensive, flashy, «over designed» sites DO NOT equal more customers — Simple, informative, up-​to-​date and easy-​to-​find websites with REAL functionality work much better.

I’m somewhat new to Seattle and love living right downtown — so much to see and do… Anyway, I’ve pretty much built my career helping individuals and small companies deal with technology. I have a lot of experience teaching small businesses, friends, and family how to use the web to their advantage. Small businesses with a focus on local customers do not need to spend thousands of dollars to be relevant on the internet.
