had a bad experience at this store. When my car got smashed on window I called two stores for the price and the time they can repair it. This store said I can get the car next day and the price will be $ 270 not OEM glass, the other one said need to wait until next week and the price will be $ 250 with OEM glass. I chose this store directly, but it took me one week more to get my car because they told me the factory sent the wrong glass two times. Ok then, but when I went to pick up the car they said it’s OEM glass now need to charge me for $ 100 more, so I paid $ 370 for this glass and wait for one week more. That’s not the maddest thing, when I picked my car I checked my trunk, two shoe boxes with shoes disappeared. One Chanel and one New Balance. And the store manager just said they didn’t take anything and they don’t have responsibility for losing things. I definitely won’t go there again, and if you want great price and good service, also losing nothing, don’t go there.

Great service! They figured out what was wrong with my car when the previous mechanic I used couldn’t find or fix the problem. They were upfront about costs and explained in detail what was going on with my car. Highly recommend them!

Haven’t been to many auto shops but this place definitely raised my standards. Great customer service here! The guys working were very nice and while we were waiting… the worker’s singing kept us entertained. While on the highway our serpentine belt broke and we barely drove it to the nearest auto repair shop… which was here. They were able to fix the problem and get our car up and running pretty quickly. Definitely thankful for that bc we were on a time crunch. All in all would definitely recommend this place!

I strongly dislike ever having to take my cat to a shop because I know so little that I really have to take their word for it… And of course I’ve been burned before. So for the first time in a LONG time I ended up with a broken down car near Green Lake while commuting to work on Friday the 13^th. (Of course!) Between Unilocal and a couple phone calls, I had my car towed here.
They were nice enough to run me up the street to pick up a rental and promised they would do what they could to have the car ready by end of day so I wouldn’t have to rent all weekend. As suspected, my alternator and battery needed replacing. They called with the initial estimate, I gave them the go ahead and the car was ready to go by 430. The final price was also a little less than the initial estimate.
I was quite pleased with the service and the finished product. I would go back here again, hopefully not via the tow truck…

Dave, Joseph, and Jason are all stand up guys. Go here if you want to deal with real, honest people and get good results. Exactly what an auto service center should be. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to avoid being mislead.

These guys are fantastic. This is the only shop I’ve ever been to where they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need. Also the only place I’ve ever been where they didn’t treat me like I’m an idiot because I’m female. Their customer service is great and they have done great work on my car both times I’ve had it repaired. The first time I had it repaired the owner even went out of his way to call around and find cheaper parts because the price quoted to him by the manufacturer was very high. So impressed with Seattle Auto Service Center and cannot recommend them enough!

Oh my. I just read the reviews on these guys, which are very old. They saved me. After many repair shops insisting that my problem would cost in the thousands, they did the job for $ 450 and it has run right since. Can’t explain others experiences but mine was great.

I’ve been taking my old 1996 Toyota 4-​Runner and my new Lexus here for about 5 years. They’ve done a great job and they’re very personable. Good service at at the right price. They do solid work and have trained staff. I’ll keep bringing my car here.

Doing some research online and saw Seattle Auto Center’s number so I gave them a call. Was told to «hold» by some lady and after 3 minutes the call drops. Now I would understand if I called another cell phone but come on, I called a business.
I’ll be looking for another auto center to contact.

I have been going to this auto shop for about a year now. I have found the service great, and friendly. They are attentive and answer all my questions. The price is fair for the work I have had done. Actually, there have heen a few occations where I have been surprised but the price being a lot lower then I thought it would be. Considering I have delt with MANY machanics over the years, I feel fortunate to have found one that takes the time to work with me and at a fair price.

OH MY GOD! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I paid $ 111, and they supposedly fixed it, while driving home it overheated which was the same problem
I went it to get fixed! I bring it back only for the mechanic to tell me he didn’t know what was wrong with it period, end of story, good luck, bye bye! They check out my car for two days, driving it around using up the gas and told me it might be the heater core, WRONG, I told HIM more about what was going on with the car then he told me!

I really enjoy bringing my car to Seattle Auto Service Center. I’ve been bringing my car here now for over 2 years, and the staff hasn’t changed at all. Amazing! Karen, the owner, is super nice and is always very helpful with any questions I have about my car and the service it’s getting, or needs. My first visit here was to purchase new tires. Price was what I expected, not outrageous but not the $ 50 tires you can get at Discount. You get what you pay for. I continue to bring my car here for oil changes and yearly maintenance. A couple months ago I brought my car in for its 90K service job, which was surprisingly affordable (unfortunately I don’t remember how affordable, but I do remember it cost much less than the 30K job, where I was robbed of nearly $ 400 about 7 years ago). There was only a couple of things that they suggested I do after the 90K job, but again, nothing too outrageous and nothing I hadn’t heard of before. After the last service where they flushed a multitude of fluids, I was out about $ 350 due to my smart consumer skills. They offer coupons on their website
, where I obtained a nifty coupon and saved myself about $ 50. Awesome! The prices are similar to what you’d pay elsewhere, but less than what you’d pay at the dealership. I pay more here for an oil change, but I like the idea of bringing my car back to the same place for all its service needs and I appreciate the staff here. I also know they won’t gyp me out of windshield wiper fluid. Those $ 19.99 places almost never refill my wiper fluid, and dammit, I use that stuff! And another important thing as a female who knows little about the insides of a car, I have NEVER felt like I was being taken advantage of here. They almost never suggest any other things that «need» to be done to my car or it’s going to fall apart one day soon while driving to work. They don’t tell me I need new windshield wipers a week after I replaced them MYSELF for CHEAPER (like Jiffy Lube). I am always happy to recommend Seattle Auto Service Center to anyone who cares about their car.
