Established in 2010.

Seattle Event Rentals was started by two friends with big party dreams while attending the University of Washington. 2yrs later the dreams changed, the friends stayed friends but took separate paths. This is when Paul took over, made some improvements and to this day owns and operates the business joyfully.

We needed sound equipment for a public meeting at Green Lake and contacted Seattle Event Rentals after receiving slow responses from other companies nearer to us. Seattle Event Rentals was prompt, very responsive in helping us understand our needs, and overall nice to work with. We ended up not needing SER’s services in the end because, as it turned out, the host for our meeting had the necessary equipment. At that point, we offered to pay SER for the time they had spent working with us, but they declined, simply asking that we keep them in mind next time around.
So, on top of their responsiveness and professionalism, SER was also very gracious.
I can’t imagine not using them next time around.

The company I work for does events. A client wanted a sound system in one of our venues that we currently didn’t have a sound system in a couple days before the event. In a scramble I found Seattle event rentals and I was so excited because Paul said he could help. The day before the event we are still trying to pay for the equipment and at 10 AM Paul says he will be in the office at 12 and that he will call us to take CC info. At 2 we start calling every 30 minutes to pay. Nothing. No explanation. All of our attempts to pay were met by a voicemail. We ended up finding a MUCH better company that said they could deliver and took our money on the spot. Guess Paul didn’t need the business?

I worked with Paul from SER to rent the DJ equipment for my 30th High School Reunion! I am so glad I did! Paul was amazing to work with! The pricing was extremely fair! Paul bent over backwards to support me when I had questions about setting up the equipment when arriving at the venue. He was immediately available and quickly answered all questions. The DJ equipment was very high quality and sounded amazing. Very professional. I recommend SER with my highest praise! Paul, thank you!

I submitted an estimate request via their website. In response, Paul sent me a copy of the company’s contract agreement with a short note to contact him if I had any questions. I contacted him via email and left a voicemail and never received a response to either. I’m not impressed.

Perfect from start to finish. Paul was extremely prompt at responding to all my messages and easily accommodated all my requests. The website was easy to use and out of all the other places I contacted to rent a PA system, Seattle Event Rental was by far the best in organization, pricing and services offered. Paul delivered and set-​up the equipment in a flash and the event went fabulously. Everything went smoothly all thanks to SER!

This was a great experience all around. Paul was very prompt in his responses, on time, and wonderfully over prepared. I had an outdoor wedding to DJ and wasn’t able to get the specifics of space ahead of time. SER brought extra cords of varying lengths, extension cords, and gave me a quick run down of the mixer and Mics provided. The wedding went off without a hitch, the sound worked and was perfect for the space. Couldn’t have had such a success without SER!!! Thank you!

I will add to the accolades given here and say that my experience with SER was very positive. I had a last minute need to rent an outdoor PA system and Paul was very responsive in attending to my request. Pickup and return were both very easy and I was in constant contact with Paul via email, phone, and text. He even threw in an aux cable free of charge when I said we had to plug in a keyboard to the system. I think the rental agreement called for returning equipment by 1pm the next day, but Paul was very flexible and allowed us to make a return anytime during the day without penalty. Highly recommended for anyone needed to rent audio equipment.

I ordered the Basic Package from Seattle Event Rentals and was completely satisfied with the experience. The owner, Paul, is friendly, professional, and makes sure you get the high quality event package optimal for your event. The owner is incredibly easy to reach and even gave me his cell phone number if anything came up. Seattle Event Rentals is highly recommended. I also appreciated their online interface — it is incredibly easy to use and gives you a quote on the spot.

These guys were amazing. We just had our wedding out at radar lake in woodinville /​redmond. It was an outdoor wedding with about 170 people, Both Jordan and Graeme helped me over the phone on separate occasions to pick which package would suit us best. Prices were very reasonable and they helped us understand what would be necessary. The equipment itself was perfect and definitely surprised me on the quality.
These guys went above and beyond. They showed up early, showed me and a few other people how everything worked, which ended up being very simple. And they were very professional /​helpful. They came back that night to pick everything up because it was an outdoor venue and always the chance of rain. They didn’t rush anything and let us wrap up past when we thought we would. Overall I was impressed and would definitely recommend them for a large or small event.

Where to start? Yesterday my family celebrated my dad’s 70th birthday and had a fun night of great food, good company, great music & lots & lots of dancing! And those last two things wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for Seattle Event Rental!
