Seattle Team Shop

This store is not huge, but I thought it had a decent selection of all the Seattle sports teams. It is the first store on the south end of Occidental between Safeco and Century Link field. Customer service is cut-​to-​the-​chase like how I like it. Came in to just browse their 2 for 1 clearance items and walked out with 2 cute women’s Nike shirts, a Mariners T and a Seahawks tank. They were under $ 20 for both. Deals! They also had a really nice grey limited edition Seahawk jersey hung up top. I asked the employee guy to get it down for me to see. It was really nice but quite pricey, so I didn’t get it.
I’m giving this store 5 stars because I probably bought more sports gear here than any of the other stores. Maybe I’m lucky and always happen to stop by when they have deals. I don’t think it’s fair that some of the other reviewers are giving this place one star when it is the warehouse that delayed their order. I guess you can’t review their online store on Unilocal.I also never made a return here so I don’t know about that experience either. One time I scored some Seahawk camping/​tailgate chairs that was 2 for 1 also, so it was like $ 35 for 2! It was a super better deal than on Amazon or Groupon! I also got my dog a Seahawk jersey here. I think my man got his all black Seahawks cap here too. This is usually my first stop before I hit up the other stores.

Just left the alderwood store very disappointed in the service, completely ignored had to ask to get a jersey down she was very put out. Then asked for the other large and then she wanted to know what the problem was with the first one. I could tell it was a return and she informed me they were all new. With the blacked out price NOT. Then wouldn’t give back my receipt, I had other jerseys on there informed me they don’t give them, they have no proof for my exchange she tells me. Again NOT my problem fix your PCS to accommodate the customer and get somone in there that has a personality. Salesperson your there to sell that’s what the means if you didn’t know yes kaeli that’s you get a attitude adjustment and sell to the customers that’s your job. With a smile of course

Still haven’t received my refund from an August purchase. It is now just s few days away from January. It’s been 5 months. Worst part is I had to call to get my refund cuz the item I ordered was discontinued and they weren’t even gonna tell me. After two weeks of not getting my item I knew something was up. They have also lied to me multiple times about the situation. Never do business here.

Got a Lockett jersey for my son Couldn’t find it anywhere but here for a good price also

I ordered a Super Bowl jersey the week before the Super Bowl. Their website didn’t say anything about being shutdown for inventory, THE WEEK OF THE SUPER BOWL! I still have not received the jersey, I called to ask about it since the jerseys are now $ 30 off on their site… No offer of a price adjustment, not offer of anything for the mix up. Stay away from this company, terrible customer service, terrible response times, and they are telling me my refund is still 2 – 3 weeks away since they still have yet to get me the return postage they promised me on Jan 29^th.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a Super Bowl jersey January 19^th with an email saying it would ship the 23^rd. I called on the 26^th because it still had not shipped and was told that they were doing inventory and the warehouse was shut down and making no shipments! Are you kidding me? Who decides to shut down and do inventory during Super Bowl when your home team is playing? I called again today the 29^th and was told that I had called the 26^th and told what was going on and that they did not know when the orders would be shipped. I cancelled my order, I will stick with Fanatics they are dependable!

Great variety of Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders merchandise. Prices are reasonable to other stores. Perfect location next to the two stadiums.

Purchased 2 hats here. Prices were normal. Huge selection of the Super Bowl Champs memorabilia and gear. Huge help from the staff. They did lack in youngsters gear. Mostly jerseys and hats.

These pricks totally ripped off a bracelet design made by the company «Skybands» which makes Seattle Skyline Inspired wristbands in all of The Town’s favorite team colors. They probably bypassed copyright infringement by making their «Bulk Bandz» wristbands bigger and uglier. But to steal from someone who used to supply products for you is shady and downright disgraceful. Please join me in boycotting these jerks. It’s fake fans like them who helped make it possible for the Sonics to leave.

Terrible experience on many levels.
Nick charged us for a rally card without answering if it cost anything at POS.
I inquired with the floor person «if things don’t fit as I’m buying for an ill person in hospital, we can return?» «Sure no problem!» That was not true when dealing with Nick.
Unfortunately, we had him at purchase and at return. When returning items he refused to give us the original receipt back or refund the rally card. He was beyond rude and had a very low customer service level.
He even hissed at us as we asked for at least a photocopy of the original as we purchased items for others. It was disconcerting to be treated like criminals.
No one in our family will return, and I am mailing corporate about the sneaky addition of a unauthorized rally card.
Honestly, losing that overcharged $ 5 is worth never being treated like that again.

I usually don’t write reviews for retailers but when I do, you know it’s bad.
That being said, the shop had a decent selection. Not as much Sonics gear as I would have hoped. I was greeted by a friendly worker (African American dude with glasses.) There was a table of clearance hats, from $ 5 — $ 15. I had picked out a really nice Sonics hat that was behind the $ 10 sign. However, when I went up to the cashier to pay for it, it ringed up as $ 20. I was very surprised because I know the hat was not misplaced. There were several others available. I told the cashier but he said the signs do not indicate how much the hats actually are. Again, I was surprised when he told me this because the guy that had greeted me confirmed to me that the hat was $ 10 before I decided to make the purchase. All the hats were lined up accordingly behind the signs. The cashier was not friendly at all and did not even apologize for the confusion. I would not have been as frustrated if he had apologized. But the fact that he simply said «So… you don’t want it?» really ticked me off. He did not want my sale and he did not care about me as a customer.
So I left and I ran into the greeter outside as I was walking to the shop next door. He told me he would check for me because he was sure that the hat was $ 10. So I returned to the shop to check. Again, the cashier guy was very rude and kept walking away. It was either false advertisement or they forgot the $ 20 sign. All the signs on the table were marked $ 5, $ 10, and $ 15. I asked for a card from the cashier, his name is Brian Hale, and he turned out to be the general manager! How shocking! As a retail worker myself, I know how important customer service is and this supposed «General Manager» did not demonstrate any sort of customer service throughout my whole visit. He actually wanted me to take his card as if he wanted me to report him?
I will for sure not visit any of the team shops ever again and I will tweet and facebook about this experience so all my friends can see how poorly this place is managed. I would not want anyone to experience what I went through. It was embarrassing for me and my friend. Hopefully the Sonics come back soon so they can open up their own team shop so no one has to visit this dump ever again.

Extremely broad selection of Officially licensed gear of Seattle Mariners, the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders, University of Washington Huskies, and even the Washington State University Cougars.

Great place to grab gear for the game. They stay open much later on gameday so that is nice. Great selection of Sounders, Hawks, Huskies.
I am giving it only 3 stars because they had little toddler wear for the Dawgs. I mean come on guys, Opening Day at the Clink for the Dawgs, and all I saw was a couple of sweatshirts and some jerseys. A TON of hawks and sounders toddler gear. Too bad, lost a sale on that one.

I just ordered a pair of shoes and it I entered a cupon to get a free hat with it. The store send me the shoes without the hat and I called in and got great customer service and they shipped the hat on their cost and it came faster than I thought! Great store I will recomend it to all my friends! Also the items I got are amazing and I love them! They are better than I expected!

I got what I wanted here cheaper than at the official shop across the street and in my size, which is kind of a challenge for a woman because most sports stuff is in a guy’s size meaning boxy, baggy and way too big. If you need something they probably have it here but, it is 99.9% Seahawks stuff as it is directly across from qwest feild so you might try elsewhere for other Seattle teams.
