Want to squash that muffin top or increase your marathon time? Our fast paced, well organized interval training classes get results for women with varying goals and fitness levels. Short burst cardio and Super Sets will ramp up endurance and speed for athletic women and beginners alike, while burning 650 – 900 calories in a one hour class. SWLB is women only, allowing us to focus on female based training to re-​sculpt the belly, hips and rear view. Not just a program to burn calories and create body slenderizing muscle, our 4 week boot camp sessions educate women on proper form for results driven body shaping. After four weeks with us you will feel long, lean and prepared for your next adventure.

History

Established in 2007.

Born from a love of physical outdoor adventure, we took a leap of faith that our rainy-​day-​recess approach to fitness training would take off with local women. After making our debut in late 2007, women throughout Seattle responded eagerly to our program, becoming hooked on our fast paced, fresh air training concept.

In 2008, we were lucky to catch the eye of national magazines who quickly took note of our contribution to this growing industry. Fitness Magazine, Womens Health Magazine and Lifetime Networks online resource, MyLife​time​.com, invited us to create outdoor workouts for their publications.

More recently we were highlighted in Seattle Woman magazine and declared «Top Bootcamp» in Seattle Magazines June 2010 issue.

With a strong returning member client base, we feel a deep connection to the changing needs and goals of the women in our classes. We continually seek out fresh exercises and drills that are simple to learn and meet our mandatory requirement for real results.

«As a kid growing up in Seattle, my parents made sure we got outside to play. Ski trips, swimming and weekend camping were staples of our Northwest lifestyle, and those interests grew into surfing and trail running as an adult. With the life changes of my 30’s, I began to gain weight, a LOT of weight, and soon found myself topping out at over 200 pounds. When the time came to lose the weight, I could not find a community fitness program for out of shape women that offered support without underestimating their abilities. I wanted real, intensive fitness, not just the basics. As I progressed on my weight loss journey, and became passionate about holistic fitness principles and fitness nutrition, I decided to create the fantasy fitness program I felt was missing in our community, and Seattle Weight Loss Bootcamp was born. Four years later, SWLB has the pleasure of training athletic women alongside women new to fitness, and for each woman the inspiration is the same: Get out and play!»
