Shawn was recommended to us by a friend who has a lot of dealings in real estate. This friend of mine hates realtors, but loves Shawn. There are many reasons why. Shawn is responsive, accessible, has tons of energy, enthusiasm, and integrity. He helped us throughout every stage of selling our house, from initial remodeling recommendations (he has great taste), to contractors, to final endgame strategy and negotiations. His marketing process is amazing. Best of all, he’s a really nice guy that cares about his clients. Many other realtors were interested in representing us, but Shawn was so much better in every significant way. He is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

We found Shawn online when we bought our first home. He was responsive and really helpful. Myself being self-​employed proved to be difficult in securing a loan. Luckily, Shawn had a number of recommendations and we eventually found the right fit. He was also fantastic during negotiations. I felt really comfortable having him represent us.
In fact, we felt so comfortable that we reached out Shawn help us sell our home when the time came. Being a much different experience than buying, we were again impressed with Shawn’s perspective and recommendations. His marketing ideas were great too (including his door-​to-​door campaign). Shawn Lee helped me with a real estate purchase and I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, communitive and always delivered on his commitments. And he wasn’t even my realtor. He was the sellers realtor but Shawn’s determination and follow through brought my purchase to fruition. My broker was not present and didn’t have the knowledge to move the sale forward. I have had occasion to consult with Shawn since then and he continues to be the realtor I met several years ago. Shawn will be my realtor for all future real estate transactions in Seattle. I used Shawn Lee to sell my condo at the suggestion of a friend who had spent years in the real estate business. She told me that of all the agents she knew, he was the best because he «closed the deal.» I was an out of state owner and Shawn went the extra mile for me.
Upon the completion of the sale I was asked by a neighbor for my agent’s name. The neighbor was in financial trouble and was in arrears with her HOA payments, and stated she had no intention of paying. She was a heavy smoker so her unit was obviously going to be difficult to sell and she was personally in a bad spot with health issues as well as the financial issues. Needless to say, she was a difficult client (and becoming a significant problem for the owners). Shawn worked with her for months to ready her unit (as well as herself) for sale. He was successful in closing a sale and got her a very decent price for her unit. His concern and patience with her was above and beyond what anyone would expect from a real estate agent.
So, besides proving my referral person right on closing deals, he showed himself to be a genuinely kind and patient person with an unusually difficult client. I would recommend him without hesitation!

I, upon the advice of Karen Wickwire PHD, decided to hire Shawn Lee as my realtor. Shawn had sold Karen’s unit and she was happy. She recommended Shawn in glowing terms.
Karen Wickwire had not only owned her apartment for many years, she was serving and continued to serve on the board as long as I lived at 2030 13th Avenue West. Following Karen’s advice was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made.
Shawn Lee is in my opinion not an honest person. Shawn Lee is not to be trusted in any capacity. I have spoken to Shawn Lee twice since I became aware of my losses. He lied to me on both occasions.
The lawyer John Galvin did not want to get involved. Keller Williams told me that Shawn Lee had not been with the company for over two years. The Seattle Police took my report and told me nothing would come of it.
I have been told the only chance I have to recover any of my losses is to report them to the Internal Revenue Service. I am gathering the replacement costs of my stolen property.
I was so generous to Shawn Lee and his accomplice John Ramsey that I wish they could be listed as a charitable institution. I want to be walking the beaches in Chili and not be dealing with this horrible situation.
Do not hire Shawn Lee. Do not trust Shawn Lee. Run when you see John Ramsey. John is truly scary.
