I will never go to UPS again! This place is great. Everyone I met that worked here was so kind and helpful!

I love Sip and Ship and the people that work here are so friendly. Had a quick request to make some copies at the last minute and they helped me out. They have a really great selection of goods for a smaller gift store and the coffee is good to boot!

FYI they charge $ 1 + tax to print a shipping label just for the privilege of using their free Google Gmail account, despite charging 10 cents in the past(personally at least 5 times in the last 2 years). Even if they tell you over the phone that it’s 10 cents, do not trust them. Depending on who is working there, you might be asked to pay the ridiculous charge of $ 1.00 for a single print. It’s very unfortunate that the only place to print and ship in Greenwood is this terrible. I’ll never use their services again. I wish I could give a 0-star review; they expect to make one dollar just to send them an email. Seriously? EDIT: For those of you who are looking to print a label or single B&W copy, the UPS Store on Aurora(Oak Tree Shopping Center) offers printing service for 9¢ per print, and you can even upload your documents for free.

«We can’t ship anything right now.» I imagine that if I could have shipped something, I’d have more to say. That’s like, 50% of what you do. I should’ve asked for a coffee. What if their coffee bar was down, too? Then I couldn’t sip OR ship. Crazy. You blew it.

I use this Sip and Ship location very often and have found the employees to always be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and I’ve always had excellent experiences. I very much recommend shipping from here.

I like to support local business as much as I can. And I must say that when it comes to customer service, this place is usually top notch, but the fact that they charge 11 cents per stamp over what the post office charges, is flat out ridiculous! Why would I pay you 11 cents more to mail something that the post office will do for a lesser cost? If you want to mark up items, which you obviously do, stick to marking up your over priced candles and other junk in the store. This would help you retain clients that try to support you.

I find the location to be convenient and the people working here to be friendly and helpful. I’ve shipped many packages here all with good results. While I don’t drink coffee, my wife tells me theirs is not so good and that if they improved that this place would be perfect!

This is far superior to any other shipping. They compare prices for you across different carriers. And it’s just so much more pleasant than your average shipping experience due to their excellent customer service. Ari is super helpful and gregarious.

TLDR: Reasons to not go here– 1) They will lose packages and not take responsibility 2) Charge a % more than what you would pay at a FedEx. The unabashed incompetence at Sip and Ship is a formula for disaster. I went here on a saturday to overnight ship a visa application via Fedex. The employee at the counter had me fill out a form after which he entered this information on the computer and printed a label out. They charge $ 49 for overnight Fedex which is $ 6 dollars more than what Fedex Kinkos charges for the same weight and speed of delivery. An hour later when I looked at the receipt to track my package I found that this employee had made numerous errors on the label. He had omitted part of the recipient’s name, misspelled my name and worse of all entered incorrect recipient’s address! All without confirming with me. No worries I thought, I’ll just give them a ring and they can correct it. So I call them and the very same employee picked up and said he could help me but will call back in five minutes. Forty five minutes go by with no call. Meanwhile this package has already been picked up by Fedex with wrong information on it. I call them back and this time the owner answers. He is extremely curt and unapologetic about what has happened and relates a string of reasons why someone would enter the wrong address into their system(read excuses). But eventually he promises to correct the error and even confirms by phone later on. Two days later I receive an update email from Sip & Ship’s mail server telling me the package has been delivered to the wrong address. Replay the entire above episode all over again! Sending an overnight Fedex should not be such a stressful experience and it has never been until I walked into this store. SS employees are not trained to handle proper shipping procedures and the attitude of the owner tells me that nothing will improve. UPDATE on 6÷3÷2015: Response from Owner comes five months after this review. Why wait so long? Specially since I received some vicious emails from the same owner after I first posted this review in December of 2014. Not to mention the simple fact that if the mistake was addressed then the package would have arrived its destination on time. Not only did it not, it was lost along with sensitive personal data.

I love Sip and Ship! Their staff was super flexible and accommodating with all the big boxes I received while helping family move across the country. They’re also handy with boxing up those hard-to-pack items and they’ll give you options for the cheapest or fastest way to ship it. Only thing that’s difficult is parking. You’re on your own with street parking, and it can be tricky in the late afternoons.

This place is like a functional post office with coffee and cute gifts. I love this place and it is my number one choice for shipping.

Have yet to Sip but this is definitely the place to Ship if your home or business is in this area. The people behind the counter are helpful and friendly unlike that grumpy puss at the post office. I had a delicate part from an antique synth that they packed and had shipped to AZ. If there had been a Sip and Ship on that end this story would have had a happy ending.

I had some custom boxes made for a work project and this crew was so helpful! I came in twice and both times had some amazing coffee drinks made by the friendliest barista(I feel terribly for not being certain now, but I’m pretty sure her name is Hannah). It’s a cute atmosphere with good drinks and snacks. They’re always busy, so I wouldn’t recommend coming if you’re in a hurry.

Terrible place! I am never coming here again! I stopped by because it is the closest print shop to my apartment and is on the way to work. Seems like a great idea since I have some items I need to print for a presentation this morning. I checked their hours the night prior and saw they open early(7 am) so it seems reasonable that when I swing by a little past 8 that they would be open. Not so. There was a sticky note on the front door«be back 1 min.» So I waited. 10 min. The actual printing aspect was just fine. Average prices and ability to print color or b&w. Just don’t expect good customer service.

You can’t ask for much more from this unique business. Running errands like shipping packages and sending mail are among my least favorite things to do. Waiting in long line at UPS stores or FedEx locations is always so painful. But at Sip & Ship you get better, faster service, and if there’s ever a wait, you can get a great cup of coffee, tea, or soda. They also have light bites, snacks, and the entire space is actually a little shop. Sending a gift? Ramp it up and shop here first. They have cute souvenirs, accessories like scarves, greeting cards, and even umbrellas. It’s one of those stores where you almost pray for a line because it allows you time to wander and browse. So yes, sending packages is now finally fun!

Far better service than I ever had at a UPS store or FedEx office. I enjoy the sense of community you get here, and it is where I bought my Greenwood sticker! They let me use the computer for free to print something off, and then just charged for printing. Employees were intelligent and caring. The owner also traveled to my home for notary services when I was injured and on bed rest. Very courteous and professional. May not have facilities for complex print jobs, but for basic office stuff and shipping, I appreciate this Greenwood business.

Customer Service at it’s BEST! Steve always«Make It Work! Still placing the finishing touches in their new space… you can over hear positive comments from the locals as the they stop by– Computers still had a glitch in the hook-up, the wi-fi was not connecting, and the printer was not working… with a deadline of-like, now, Steve got it done!
