History

Established in 2015.

I became an esthetician after working in the corporate world and realizing it was not for me. I have always loved building relationships and working with people one on one, and that was not the case at my corporate job, so I decided to go to beauty school. While at beauty school I discovered sugaring and fell in love with the process. Sugaring opened my eyes to organic skincare and the rest fell into place.

I have had extensive training in the art of sugaring through Alexandria professionals and worked at a 5 star sugaring spa in Seattle for 2 years. I achieved the status of Arch Expert with Benefit Cosmetics and can transform any brows into beautiful arches that frame and accentuate your eyes and face. I believe that education and updated training keeps my skill set fresh and will always seek those opportunities.

Karina is a pro! I’ve been going to her for 2 years now and her attention to detail and care for her clients comfort and satisfaction keeps me coming back monthly. I went to her throughout my pregnancy and she was even more thoughtful and attentive to my comfort throughout those 9 months. Her new studio space is warm and inviting. Karina will make you feel like you’re just hanging out with a good friend.

Karina Cecilia is extremely talented, skilled, and knowledgable when it comes to sugaring and skin care! My brows look better than they ever have since she has been shaping them! She has also made hair removal in more sensitive areas the least painful of any other sugaring experience I’ve had! And sugaring is by far less painful and gives way better results than waxing if you’re still doing that! Karina always takes the time to do a thorough job and provide helpful skin care advice. I have been going to her for almost a year and plan to stick with her services for a long time to come!

She is so skilled in her work. She is professional, and takes pride in her work. She has spent extra time if needed and I appreciate that!
Her space is nice and she now has some organic products and they are great. Sugaring was almost a new experience once she had the new line. I love it.
Scheduling is a bit of bear for me with the system online but, I shoot her an email to schedule and she gets right back to me with an appointment.
Prices are good and fitting for service recieved. She really is wonderful. I drive down from Mountlake Terrace and it’s totally worth it!
