SNAP! Custom Clothing

A colleague of mine was moving to a different city and our team wanted to get a shirt with messages from all of us wishing him good luck. It was a last moment decision and I talked to multiple stores in Seattle hoping to get it done in a day. This is probably the only place that guaranteed «same day delivery».
The lady in the store was very courteous and patiently answered my questions. I gave her 4 A-​4 sheets full of messages and she managed to put them together on one small sized men’s t-​shirt. She also honestly said that a T-​shirt would be better than a sweat shirt for this kind of design (although the latter would probably be a little costlier). She did the design herself and managed to give the perfect T-​shirt within a day as promised. They worked overtime to deliver it on time.
I also got two mugs — they were prepared in less than a couple of hours. Overall, I could not be any happier. Great place, excellent staff, very reasonable prices.

I had good communication from the start by emailing them. I went to visit the store to see the actual shirts. Hadn’t realized it is a store in the Northgate mall. If I knew the reviews were from a mall store, I probably would not have bothered. There were two employees, and one was serving a customer with an important order. The other employee was putting merchandise on the floor. I waited by the counter for, literally, 30 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. By that time she had already approached another customer that walked in and helped him right away. She asked that I wait another ten minutes while she finished making his order, when I had already been waiting way before the guy walked in. Sorry– I’m a customer and I want good customer service. This place won’t be getting orders for my business.

I called SNAP! a day before a bachelor party. We needed 12 T-​Shirts to be printed within 24 hours. I called at least a dozen places, but these guys were the only one’s who managed to work us into their schedule. Everyone was super friendly and understanding of the time crunch we were in. They delivered the T-​Shirts on time, which had great quality and were perfectly printed.
There is absolutely nothing else we could have asked for! Great experience, no other place I would go to if I ever needed a similar job done!

I LOVE THIS STORE! Ibad was the gentleman who helped me create a shirt for my stepdaughter that said «I love my little sister.» We used it for a photo shoot to announce our pregnancy. Ibad even helped create the bow sticker for my ultrasound picture! I wish I could give 100 stars for SNAP. My experience was absolutely amazing and thanks to SNAP I now have a very special memory!
They can print on your own clothing! It only took about 30 min to get it all done and it’s great quality! Big thanks to Ibad for providing some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced… anywhere!

I ordered a sweatshirt from them online using my own design. The online process was easy peasey.
I am familiar with manipulating/​creating graphics, but admit a lack of knowledge on creating scalable vector graphics. They noticed my design had rasterized text that wasn’t scaling well, so they popped it into photoshop and fixed it for me. The end result is spectacular. I appreciate them spending the extra time on my tiny order, even during the rush of the holidays. Thanks guys!

Michael was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. He helped me tweak my design and I’m glad that I trusted his judgement. My shirts came out excellent.

I needed to get one tee done in less than an hour, and staff at SNAP! accommodated me with no issue! Not only were they quick and friendly, but they were also reasonably-​priced. Ibad helped me get my t-​shirt ready, and he was knowledgeable and detail oriented. I ordered for one of my black tees to be pressed with white vinyl. I needed numbers and a name on it in order to wear it in a scrimmage. Ibad was familiar with roller derby’s number and lettering parameters and made sure that my tee would meet standards. Thanks, Ibad! I would definitely come back here again.

I needed last minute printing for a teenager’s birthday party tomorrow, and Ibad is making is HAPPEN. I called and Chris in the Westlake store was so friendly and helpful — then I spoke with Ibad (sp?) and he moved mountains to accommodate me. I will refer everyone I know that needs last-​minute printing done to SNAP! I can’t believe how lucky I was today to find these guys. Awesome customer service, accommodating, great sense of humor. I work in the video game industry, so I work with a lot of vendors and know good customer service. Awesome service!!! Thank you Ibad!!!

These guys are AWESOME!!! I used to use them at their Westlake location and was really excited to see that they opened another location here at Northgate.
The attention to detail from their staff is top notch. If you need help with what to get they are always willing to give you some help with their expertise.
Ibad is not only great at running a business but he relates to his customer on a personal basis.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking to get custom shirts made.

Long story short: My boyfriend went through the trouble of designing a couple T-​shirts on Photoshop. 300 DPI, etc. (We’re both graphic designers, we know how printing works.) Shirt 1 was a vector penguin face… simple enough. it was pretty obvious that they cut out the shapes and ironed them. However, the mouth was flipped upside down and there was a visibly difference in the «sheen» of the black parts of the face which created a line. Think of a puzzle piece. Now perhaps they printed the black on 3 separate sheets, but that doesn’t mean it’s OK for quality.
Shirt 2 was a turtle face. For a custom print shirt where the design was originally brightly colored… the shirt print turned out super faded. Also the lettering was abnormally pixelized. Printing normally does that, but this was very obvious and that was not the original intent of the design.
Mind you, he paid $ 60 for 2 shirts, neither which are good quality. Maybe it was his fault for falling for planted reviews on Google… but please take your business elsewhere, like My Favorite T-​Shirts, which is also in the mall. Or the internet.
When my boyfriend went back to complain (which he hardly ever does)… all they offered was a free T-​shirt. No partial refund for a crap job?
Seriously guys, you’re suppose to specialize in custom clothing.
