Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaning

Last August I had Stanley Steamer out to my house as a first time customer, they had a $ 99.00 promotion for 2 rooms and a hallway. After the crew was done the leader started selling additional services and, like a fool, I opted for their «2 extra services within a year» deal for $ 284.00. What a deal. Two rooms at $ 142.00 for each «extra service».
Looking at their website today I see the very same 2 rooms without any discount is $ 132.00, $ 10.00 less than the «special» I purchased in August. Then to top it all off they still have their $ 99.00 for 2 rooms and a hallway still they want to charge me an additional $ 17.00 for a hallway under their «2 extra services within a year».
$ 159.00 for 2 rooms and a hallway under their «special» when I can get the very same service for $ 99.00? Give me a break, Stanley Steamer, remove me as a customer and return my $ 284.00.

Okay, I was wrong about the number of cleanings for the $ 284.00, it’s 3 not 2.
January 13^th I spoke with Fernando at the local office and asked for my money back, several times I asked for it before I was told it would be refunded. BUT, the computer system was down so they’d have to call me back later to get my CC information. As of yesterday their computer and phone system was still down.
Today I got a call from Justin at Corporate HQ and was told I would be refunded some $ 216.00, $ 60.00 some dollars of the $ 284.00 contract was used for their «protection spray». WHAT!!! No where in the statement is there anything about a $ 60.00 charge coming from the contract.
Now to top things off, Fernando, the local Rep, told me last week Stanley Steemer no longer offered a 2 room plus hallway for $ 99.00. Another falsehood because even as of today that special is still listed.

Great service and professional. Completed rug cleaning and grout cleaning in quick order. Quality job done by a good crew.

As I was making an appointment he quoted me a price of $ 208 for a 2 bdrm apartment, but then even though I told him it was on the 4^th floor right in the beginning, after we concluded everything he suddenly says there is a $ 75 surcharge for 4^th floor. (He had a crew that could come out this afternoon, so it’s not like they have anything else to do!) I asked for a Unilocal discount, but he said there’s nothing right now. I cancelled. Later the same day a $ 99 coupon pops up on Unilocal for them. ???

I’ve been putting off the carpet cleaning for as long as I possibly could. They made it so easy. They came closer to the start time of the window they gave me, so no waiting around, and were done in about an hour (less than I was told, so hooray!). They were able to provide me with all answers to questions I had and thoroughly cleaned my carpets. Well worth it!

Great job! The carpet was in terrible shape with stains from the prior tenant. These guys performed a miracle and removed most of the stains. It’s the first time I have used Stanley Steemer and I most definitely would use them again. Not only were the good at what they do, they were also professional and courteous!

Amazing job, and a discount for booking online. They got my mother’s pet stained carpets cleaner than I’d have thought possible. And they move all the furniture for you!
