They didn’t call me when my drink was ready, they just put it there, this wasted my time and pissed me. And they don’t have public restroom. When I asked the female brista:“You don’t have a public restroom?” She just shaked her head and gave me an expression like I just asked a stupid question.

This location is very close to the ferry; their pricing is just the same as all of the other locayions. I think they could use a design makeover to their seatings. Free AT&T Wifi that kicks you off. Their staff is mot so friendly I could be wrong, but my experience they’re not. They never have cinnamon — why is that? They never have shopping bags with the handle… hmmmmmm.

Waited 15 minutes for a coffee with only 4 people ahead of me in line. Then they made my coffee wrong. My advice: just go to Top Pot Doughnuts around the corner.

Had a ham and cheese croissant sandwich thingy, really good. This is a very small commuter starbucks that essentially caters to the ferry traffic and some nearby businesses. The interactions with employees are occasionally a bit curt with the majority leaning towards short and polite-ish. Just make sure to avoid this spot any where near when a ferry offloads as you’ll be in for spending a nice portion of your day in line. all in all. decent.

Kinda rude! How can I order coffee if I can’t pee. So disappointed! I had a group of five, that is at least 30 bucks that you misses out on. I will spend my money where I can pee!

Besides the store a bit to small the coffee was fantastic and the employees were super friendly and happy! Made my day a little better.

This is an awesome Starbucks, with easy access to the Ferry Terminal. The service is always great, quick, and friendly. As far as seating goes, there isn’t any plush seating or quiet nooks for reading/etc. There are 3 long tables up against the windows, perfect for people-watching!

The recent re-model is nice, but it still does not excuse the fact that they consistently run out of their Ham & Swiss Panini by 10am EVERYDAY. Take notice, SBUX… no one wants your sandwiches. At the end of lunch time they’re still sitting there ownerless and customers are still asking if you have Ham & Swiss Paninis in the back.

This Starbucks is very convenience for those who frequently travel by ferry. If I’m in need for a coffee fix before I catch my bus to work, I swing by here since the baristas are timely with drinks. My favorite part of this Starbucks is the big ferry mural on the wall. I would love to have a replica at my place. Just a note: they do not have public bathrooms so you gotta head to the ferry terminal if you need to drop your kids at the pool.
