Very poor service and slow… Not much to do since this is the only coffee at B gates.

This is the world’s slowest Starbucks. I don’t know if the issue is that it is understaffed, that the employees DGAF, or a combination, but it doesn’t matter. Whoever manages this store should be fired.

My order was delivered quickly and they were friendly… still, the drink quality just isn’t there.

Just like any starbucks — all the usual tea & coffee, and food. No popcakes left when we were there in the evening. Unfortunately, the purchases here doesn’t count towards the starbucks rewards if u r collecting them like me.

This particular Starbucks is located just after the central terminal security checkpoint. If you’ve landed in the N concourse or way out on the C, it is still an easy ride on the train from the N gates or a short walk from the C or B gates. You might be tempted to stop at one of the other Starbucks on your walk, and I’ve been to all of them, but this one is definitely my favorite. Baristas are super efficient here and the line moves quickly, so don’t be discouraged if you are in a long line. I’ve had my «regular» drink here, and it tastes the same as I’ve had, uh, like 250+ times at my local Starbucks.

This place was a life save, as it was my go-to place for very much needed coffee. I had just woken up from a four hour sleep, and was not liking the overnight layover thing. After I got through TSA inspection, I realized just how tired I was. So I came here for an iced cup of joe. I ordered the coffee in a grande. The staff was super friendly, upbeat, and processed my order before I finished checking into this place on Unilocal. I appreciate their timely service in a time when coffee was more of a need than a want.

You can rely on the Starbucks in the central terminal to serve you an excellent cup of coffee. Even though the line may be quite long I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes for my coffee here because the baristas have to be very efficient to keep up with the crowds. The main terminal has lots of seating but they are nearly always full as this place is usually quite busy so getting a chair to enjoy your coffee can be quite a challenge. You do have five Starbucks to choose from at this airport so you will never be far from your favorite beverage!

This location the service is excellent and the hot chocolate with whipped cream was delicious. Also I bought a nice oversized Seattle mug. Just love it. Starbuck’s used to carry this in their big cities and this is the first time in 10 years I see this as an option. I hope it is a trend.

THISIS A LICENSEDSTORE. NOT A FRANCHISE. YOURGOLDMEMBERCARDDOESNOTHINGHERE. NOFREEREFILLS. SOSAD. BUT, WAIT. The service is good and fast. And the ladies here are hard workers. And there is a ton of seating shared with other vendors with free wifi. I would totally camp here with a book during a layover but alas! No free refills. $ 0.55 per refill. BOO. THISISMADNESSSSS. So only three stars for you, pseudo-Starbucks!

It’s hard to give a Starbucks a bad review, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. Barista’s seem to be ill trained and uninformed on common Starbucks lingo and recipes. It’s sad when you order and they look at you confused. But, after reading some of the reviews, it seems we weren’t the only ones who’ve had a bad experience at this one. Hope they can pull it up!

Drink was good. Service was horrible and there were flies in the pastry display cabinet!

The place was dirty, unfriendly, and they forgot about me. Other we’re complaining that their drinks didn’t taste right.

The… slowest… Starbucks I have ever visited! Consistently slow though, so at least I know what to expect on visits to the airport. I don’t love Starbucks. Seattle has much better coffee available. However, I do appreciate a standard of service. Hope this place is the exception that proves the rule.

Maybe it was an off day, but the service was terrible there and they were moving so slow. They might have been understaffed, but they had a normal sized Starbucks crew in the back. The drink was lackluster with no flavor. How do you mess up a coffee frapuccino? Nothing complicated at all to it, but somehow it tasted like watered down milk and shaved ice. Very disappointed.

Possibly the worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They claimed they are a franchise so don’t take any rewards or discounts from my Starbucks app Gold Card. Then the drinks are just never right, or the same as I’m use to. They once again messed up my order and I had no time for them to fix it, so you’re stuck. There are others I haven’t tried but next time I’ll go to a different one for sure!

These folks are friendly and best of all the location is open just about 24÷7÷365. I can’t remember a time when passing through this location was closed. It also has more customer seating than most airport locations. It’s a sure bet to be open if you’re passing by early or late!

This Starbucks is usually packed with a long line. Occasionally one can find it reasonable enough to get in line. But, sometimes I just need to pass on by. Very little seating area. Kind of a cramped little area. But, they get my coffee orders done correctly.

Maybe it’s just the fact that I’m used to Starbucks in Silicon Valley and San Francisco… But watching the baristas work in the airport Starbucks is like watching snails race through peanut butter. Slooooowwwwwww. There are days that are exceptions, but the immobile line into the terminal B hallways does not lie. During my previous visit, it took over 20 minutes to get a chai tea latte. When I asked if I’d been forgotten, I got attitude without any response in return. Today’s visit was better, but it wasn’t busy and I didn’t order a drink. For some reason, their reward function also wasn’t working on their register, so I didn’t get my free item that the app has been begging me to «receive» for over a month now. I have to wonder why there is such an inconsistency between Starbucks locations… For me, depending on where I go, even the drinks taste different… The chai tea latte tastes watered-down half the time, even though I order whole milk with no water. It’s a mystery… But, alas, I have become yet another Starbucks drone and automaton, so I won’t be heading anywhere else for my chai.

Great Place To Post & Wifi At SeaTac SITREP I love this Starbucks for the sole purpose that if I have 2 to 4 or even 6 hours to kill during the day before my flight gets out — or between flights — this Starbucks provides me with a WiFi«haven» where I can post and get a lot of work done. SETUP Just like most Starbucks, this venue has the standard items you would find at any other Starbucks store. However, unlike many AIRPORT Starbucks locations, this venue is a bit bigger, actually has laptop-friendly bars with stools, and permits you some room to put your luggage around you so that can still enjoy your coffee and get some WiFi’ing done in comfort. WIFI In this circumstance, you have a number of different Wifi opportunities. It would appear that the strongest signal and fastest broadband speeds are actually with the SeaTac-Free-WiFi. THELOWDOWN I really appreciate this Starbucks stuff at SeaTac.
