Starbucks Coffeegear Store

Most Starbucks fans know you can buy Starbucks-​branded coffee, drinkware and coffee accessories at your neighborhood Starbucks or online at the Starbucks store. But what if you wanted Starbucks logo apparel or merchandise (ala Nike)? Alas, Starbucks’ online gear store is for Starbucks employees only.
Ah, but if you are in Seattle, there is a way. The Starbucks Coffeegear Store offers a wide variety of Starbucks merchandise and is open to the public! It is located on the eighth floor of the Starbucks headquarters building at 2401 Utah Ave S in Seattle’s industrial district.
For Starbucks visitors to Seattle, this is a must-​see. Touring from the Bay Area, we stopped by here recently. The store is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The staff was very welcoming, asking where we were from, and suggesting to take our group picture in front of the Coffeegear signage.
You can really be like kids in a candy store here — and unless you are a Starbucks employee — this the only place to get this stuff! Jackets, tees, fleece, pens/​pencils, keyrings, backpacks, magnets, kids clothing, calendars –in short, there’s a lot — all with the Starbucks logo.
However, it’s important to be on your best behavior in this, a Starbucks corporate facility. All of the people in the elevators are employees at work. All other areas of the building are off-​limits to the public. Keep this opportunity available to all by being respectful of the surroundings.
To get there, at Starbucks HQ, take the elevators from the first floor to floor 8. Turn right off the elevator, and there is the entrance to the Coffeegear Store.
