Starz Towncar & Limo Service

I recently used Srtarz for an airport ride from Mercer Island. The service was excellent and the driver was very courteous. I highly recommended them for my friends and family, and will use them as a preferred provider for my future transportation needs.

Very good and reliable. Early morning, pre-​dawn departures or midnight arrivals. They call and give updates and always show up. Excellent.

I have never used any cab service before and it was my first time when I booked a cab from Starz Towncar and Limo Service.
First I wanted a drop-​off from my house till Sea-​Tac Airport for 3 passengers. After booking a town car online, I called them up and informed them that I had some luggage too. Even though I had paid for a town car they made sure to send me a SUV for the extra luggage I had and didn’t charge any extra for it.
While returning back from my trip I made sure to book a SUV this time, but instead they sent me a town car by mistake for pick up from the airport. When I called up and complained, the representative was very nice to me and refunded the difference in amount immediately.
One of the best customer services I have seen so far. They are always available on the number provided and will always stay in touch through text messages. I had a nice experience the whole time. Will highly recommend the service to anyone who wants to book a cab in Seattle and East side area.

I can’t say enough good things about them. We used their services based on Unilocal.I contacted a few company to give us a ride to airport. They were the first one to respond. Also it was first time so they gave us a deal for $ 70 for SUV, which was the cheapest. We had lots of luggage. They have a child car seat so we didn’t have to worry about the ride at all. They came 10 minutes before time and gave us a nice ride to airport. When we came back, I accidentally gave them a wrong number, but they still came to get us. it was very nice service and we’d love to use them again. Thank you!

I always use Starz when I land at SeaTac. It is amazing to text a couple hours ahead and have someone waiting at the curb when my flight land. It is fast and they take credit cards including Amex. Business travelers dream,

My colleagues and I have been using Starz for a few years now to get around the Seattle area. I use town car services all over the country when traveling as well as über. This is by far the best service I have used anywhere for a few reasons:
1. Cars are always clean and well stocked with gum/​mints/​water
2. Easy to schedule even last minute. I usually schedule in advance but also often need last minute rides. I schedule via text and it’s convenient and flexible. I cant think of a time I have waited more than 15 – 20 minutes for an on demand ride in Bellevue or Seattle. This leads to my next point…
3. Always on time and communicative. They ask for flight info to monitor ETA and text or call as soon as I land to arrange door number for pickup.
4. Finally, drivers are always courteous and respectful. They will engage in conversation if desired, and leave me to my business or phones calls when needed.
The rates are better than über, with better service. The drivers know the area and remember me from previous trips. I can’t ask for more. I have ridden with Starz probably 50 times in the last 2 years with no complaints.
As one reviewer mentioned they have recently started upgrading to Chrysler 300s which are a welcome change from the typical Lincoln as well.

For the review of Starz, I’m going to format it more as an anecdote, since this will best articulate the kindness and generosity of the service better…
I scheduled a pickup with Starz since they had a promotion at my condo. Through a convenient online form, I was able to set up a reservation, and promptly got a text from them confirming my pickup date and time. I even got a reminder text the day before my pickup.
On the day of my pickup, they arrived right on time. Just getting in the Chrysler 300, I was immediately impressed. Available to me was hand sanitizer, candy, gum, a newspaper, and an ipad. There was no need to use the newspaper or ipad, though, as the driver provided great conversation on the way. It was a pleasure to talk to him about my upcoming trip, and he got me to the airport quickly to boot!
The most significant part about the service is still yet to be told:
After paying him with my credit card, we exchanged handshakes as he handed my luggage to me…
A little while after he dropped me off, I was on my way through to the security line, where I began putting all the contents of my pockets in my bag. It was during this process where I realized what an idiot I was — I forgot my cell phone in his car. In a frenzy, I used my tablet to find Starz’ phone number, and called them on the pay phone (who knew these even existed anymore!!!)
Calling Starz, I spoke to someone who calmly told me that they would try and get to the airport in about 20 minutes, and told me to meet them at my airline’s door in the departures section. I offered to pay again for this drop off, since I assumed the driver was far away from the airport already. It’s a small price to pay to be able to keep my phone with me during my trip.
Sure enough, the driver arrived about 20 minutes later. I walked up to his car, and he handed my phone to me. I asked him to pull up ahead so he could park and I could pay him again. His response: «No sir, that’s ok. Just enjoy your trip.» I stood there in shock, as I had just bugged him to drive all the way back to the airport just to drop off my phone. He reassured me that I need not pay him again, and it was then I realized that there is still hope in humanity.
To the selfless driver that provided me stellar service, I thank you. Also, a thank you to Starz for employing such great people and for running an efficient operation. I guarantee that I will be using Starz Towncar service for all my future shuttle needs.
P. S. Unilocal,you have listed 11 different 5 star reviews as ‘Not Recommended’ I hope people take the time to read these unrecommended reviews, as they all attest to the great, effective service that Starz Towncar provides.

This company is the best of the best. I was using a ‘flat rate’ taxi service for a long time, but there was always some kind of hassle or other. After using this town car service — which was prompt, professional, and didn’t mess up any details for my trips from downtown Bellevue to the airport and back — I don’t mind that it costs a little more than the ‘flat rate’ taxi. At least now I have the peace of mind that they’ll actually be where I ask when I ask, and the driver will be great. Especially if you get Robale — he’s a pleasure to chat with as you head to your destination.

Friendly and reliable service. Very comfortable car. My husband and I melted in the seats! Nice and reasonable price for an airport shuttle. Highly recommend!

By far the best towncar service I’ve ever used for transportation to/​from the airport. Prompt, professional, reliable– I will never use another service ever again. I needed to get to Sea-​tac airport from West Seattle the day after Christmas for a 5am flight and had called multiple companies. After being told «no, we’re full» or «Ok, but you’ll be picked up at 2am» one too many times I was ready to give up and force my wife to take me to the airport at an ungodly hour.
I then called Starz Towncar Service and was told that «Yes, we’ll pick you up at 3:00am.» They then texted me the day before to confirm my pickup, and again 30 minutes before my pickup. The driver arrived 15 minutes early, greeted me professionally, carried my bag for me, and was extremely courteous. His car was clean, there was water, mints, and lotion in the back of the car and the ride was very comfortable. He got me to the airport in a jiffy, and the cost was just the same as a taxi would have been.
The payment was super simple– they ran my card via a cell phone reader so they emailed me the receipt right away. The best part was they texted me after dropping me off, asking me to respond with my flight arrival information in case I needed a pickup upon my return!
I’ve since used them twice more, and each service has been just the same– if not better. Their service is consistently reliable and timely. I would highly recommend them to anybody– no more Shuttle Express or risking a taxi for this girl.
