Susan is awesome! I was about to give up on waxing services in Ballard due to so many bad experiences. I happened to notice Susan’s sign while out grabbing coffee one day and what a fabulous surprise! I’ve been going to her regularly for months now and have never had a bad wax.
She also has her own skin care line and is fantastic about not cramming it down your throat! In fact, when I asked her about it she gave me great skincare advice, noting the type of products I should use, but didn’t push her own line on me. She did give me huge trial bottles and then didn’t harass me to see if I wanted to purchase any. I ended up loving the product and when I asked to purchase some, I was shocked at how reasonable the prices were. I would absolutely recommend Susan.

Had a great facial at Susan Grace Skincare. The steam, massage, peel, and extractions — all of it left me feeling wonderfully refreshed. Susan was pleasant and friendly. The space is small but very clean, comfortable, and decorated well.

Hands down the best facial in town. My skin always looks amazing after seeing Susan, for weeks to come. And her shoulder/​neck massages are fabulous. Top it off with her bubbly personality, it’s a win-​win. Highly recommend.

Susan is passionate, knowledgeable and amazing and her skin care line… ooooo so good to my skin. Go to her… she will change your skin for the better!

my skin has never looked so good. susan has me on the right path to over come my ‘problematic skin’. Ive never had great skin, well maybe as a baby, but ever since i could remember, its never been great.
my first visit was an informative ‘let me get to know your skin’ type of visit, not wanting to be too aggressive, which i appreciate 100%. now that she has a good understanding of my problem areas and routine, its only getting better. she has recommended some supplements, and now that its been over a month of taking them, I really can see a difference.
Susan has improved my skin, she’s knowledgeable, and she’s funny as hell! Her studio is cute, and comfortable, i always look forward to my appointments with her. she’s worth every penny, and if you have to wait for an appointment with her, shes well worth that too!

The first time I went to get a facial from Susan, I had no idea what to expect. What I received was a true spa-​like experience that far exceeded most facials and many massages I’ve had. Susan is friendly, professional and attentive. The studio is clean and the products she uses smells great. Susan also provided an amazing scalp/​neck/​shoulder massage that left me feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. It’s been a while since I saw Susan, but I scheduled a facial this week to help relax after some stressful times and wasn’t disappointed. This time I had a glycolic peel/​photo-​rejuvenation treatment and my skin feels great. I can’t recommend Suite 300 or Susan enough!

I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to write a review when I’ve had such awesome facials from Susan! She really seems to enjoy what she is doing, and gives a wonderful massage during the facial as well. I have received several facials from her over the years, and I’m sad that I moved out of state recently since I know no where else will be as great:(Go see her, you won’t regret it– she also recently developed her own skincare line!

Susan is the bomb! Best facial I’ve ever had, so relaxing and my skin always feels worlds better afterwards. Her skin care line she created is fantastic as well. For the first time I feel comfortable going out without foundation on. I have a tendency for redness and usually wear makeup to even out the skin tone. Her products have made my skin tone even, my skin softer and much more radiant. I’m so glad I started to see Susan for my skin needs! Her prices are spot on as well, for both services and products. Highly recommend

I’ve been seeing Susan at Suite 300 Skin Care for several months and am so happy! The spa is clean and welcoming. The services she provides are thorough and her company is great!

I have been coming to Susan for years — literally following her from spa to spa until she opened Suite 300. I would never go anywhere else! I cannot recommend her highly enough! Seriously BEST facial I’ve had in my life and I’ve had many.
Not only is she highly talented but she has a great approach to health and wellness — believing great skin comes from being healthy and happy. If you haven’t been to Suite 300, you are not getting the skin care you deserve.

I’ve had many facials over the years from CA, OR & now WA, and the one I had from Susan was one of the best. Usually the esthetician leaves you when they put the steamer on, but Susan stayed and gave me a very relaxing face and shoulder massage. My skin felt so great after this session.
It’s a bit of a challenge to find the location if you are not familiar with the area, but worth getting there a bit early to seek it out, and find parking.

At some point during my amazing 60-​minute facial, I had Gwen Stefani’s song «Luxurious» playing in my head. Not because I considered the song especially relevant, but because the experience felt VERY luxurious.
Susan is incredibly laid-​back and friendly. She’s interested in creating customized facials that are just what you need, and not interested in pushing products. I’m not sure about you, but I love both of those things!
The facial experience made me feel very good and very, very pampered. It probably started when she had me change from my «day clothes» to a soft robe-​like wrap dress to wear under the covers. Then continued when she rubbed all kinds of good stuff on my face, and did a light peel of some sort. I don’t remember all the details, but it sure felt good and my skin loved it! Towards the end, Susan gave me what was one of the most relaxing scalp and shoulder massages I have ever gotten. I’ve been very stressed lately, and my shoulders felt a-​m-​a-​z-​i-​n-​g after.
What do I think of my first time at Suite 300 and of my first facial? GREAT SUCCESS! Can I go again? (Hopefully yes, and hopefully soon!)

I come here for waxing, and it’s great! Susan is friendly, fast and thorough, and gets me through the pain with ease. The atmosphere in the treatment room is nice as well.

Whats good:
1. She uses «hard» wax for the delicate part of the brazilian — its much better then soft wax!
2. Prices are very reasonable!
3. She has a great memory — always remembers exactly what we talked about the last time!
4. Its a beautiful space, and generally easy to find parking even though its in the heart of Ballard.
I definitely recommend her!

I have been a client of Susan’s for almost two years now, the entire time I have lived in Seattle. I feel very lucky to have found her right away. I am sure many of you have had those bad waxing experiences too! But, with Susan you will get nothing but a very professional, enjoyable experience. I have also been to see Susan for a facial as well and for days afterward I was getting compliments on my skin. I have friends who make appointments with her whenever they are in town. That’s how great she is. She does a wonderful job of not only being a master of her profession, but making sure that you are comfortable in her space and with everything that she does. Believe me, not all estheticians are like that!

susan is a real find. i have been looking for a good facial for YEARS now and with no luck. finally, a friend referred me to her and woo hoo! pay dirt! she is very knowledgeable, very kind, very understanding, very helpful and very everything else, in the nicest way possible… there is no one-​size-​fits-​all here, for sure! she gave me way more than i paid for, did not try to push ANYTHING on me as far as products, etc… and i left feeling inspired and energized…
can’t wait to go back next time!
