When we started looking for our first house, we were so happy to have the support of Susan and her business partner Roberta. We were very committed to home shopping, insisting on visiting every property in our desired area in our price range, and Susan was there with us, every weekend, every random afternoon. She kept us updated on newly posted properties that matched our needs, even finding one while we were out looking at other properties! Susan fought for us when it was time to negotiate in a seller’s market with multiple offers, and kept us updated on every step of the process. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Susan was our agent for the sale of our home in North Seattle and the purchase of a new home in Magnolia. I can’t say enough about her level of support and dedication! On the sale she priced our home perfectly in a very difficult market. It sold quickly with multiple offers, our neighbors even commented on how well she marketed our home.
When we were ready to purchase a new home she provided us with options and notifications of new homes entering the market and was extremely flexible when there was a home we wanted to view. The day the home we purchased showed up on the market she met us for a showing with very short notice and helped us to have an offer written within a few hours. She worked closely with the seller and selling agent and offered excellent advice that put us ahead when there turned out to be multiple offers!
Also worth mentioning is how well she worked with our 5 year old son! She entertained him during our intense decision discussions, took him for a long walk during our inspection and found ways to include him in the overall process.
