The Appealing Palate Catering specializes in small parties that are sit-down, plated dinners. We can also cater small banquets, weddings, and other important events as needed. Our food focuses on Modern American with Asian flavors. We also try to source our ingredients locally and seasonally if possible. We make all our food from scratch, and we offer restaurant service for our dinners.

The Appealing Palate Catering started in September of 2012. We are a small company looking to grow, but still striving to provide excellent food and service.

Business Owner
Chef Irvin Diaz graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle at the top of his class. He worked and learned from many great restaurants such as Brasa, Coupage, and Rover’s. Irvin helped open Adam’s NW Bistro and Brewery out in Monroe with Chef and mentor, Adam Hoffman. He decided to open his own catering business so he can create his own food, and menus to share with people. He enjoys using fresh ingredients, and thinking outside the box sometimes, to create a new dish.
