We are a highly specialized firm operating in a niche market. Our team works closely with investors to purchase highly desirable properties through owner financing. We pride ourselves on finding ways in which all parties can walk away feeling that they received a fair deal. This allows us to build rapport with our buyers, sellers, and partners which translates into long-​term business relationships.

Using a unique and proven system for generating leads, we maintain a consistent volume of deals under contract at any given time.

Business Owner

Jim has been working to bring developers and investors in the Seattle area hard to find properties in high demand areas. He graduated from WSU in 1988 with a degree in architecture. Since then he has accumulated a wide spectrum of knowledge in Real Estate, allowing him to help developers maximize property potential and investment portfolios.
