Specialties
The Pub at Third Place specializes in fine Greek and Americana fare, craft beer, and cozy intellectualism.
History
Established in 2006.
The Pub at Third Place is Ron Sher’s favorite bar in town. After opening Third Place Books and the Honey Bear Café, he dreamed of opening a public house in the disused basement space. After a lengthy build-out, the Pub opened on February 9th 2006. The wood interior, tables, and bar were all salvaged and milled by Kim Holting at Live Edge Woodworks on Whidbey Island, and the installation was expertly crafted by Richard McAdams of Black Duck Woodworks.
