History

Established in 1982.

Thirty years ago «ProRobics», aerobic workout for athletes, was developed by Kari Anderson and offered in a old grade school gym. From those beginnings ProRobics soon graduated and expanded to the current Queen Anne location. The name remained in place throughout all these years even though the studio became an internationally recognized gym offering much more than that single original Hi-Impact class. For this reason we have finally decided it is time to upgrade the name to more accurately represent who we are as a company and facility. We now offer one of the most extensive Group X class schedules in the NW embracing the best of everything offered to date. Our gyms now include a full line of weight training equipment. Our remodels, to be completed by the end of 2011, reflect our energetic launch into the New Year with renewed excitement for the future of Seattle fitness. Our history is like no other.
