Even though the postal system failed on the Seattle, Wa side, Travel visa pro didn’t, and made up the time lost, and got my passport back in my hands. They knew when I called the first time, which office to send my update to, to expedite it. Second time I called, they could see the post office said it was delivered Tuesday 9:46 am and it wasn’t delivered until Wednesday Morning. Scary to have your passport lost temporary. They finally got it, turned it around and I was very happy to see the fed ex man delivering my passport! You can call and you don’t have to talk to the same person, they all have the information to get you on the way, especially Maria. Thanks for the awesome great job you all did. Last minute travel plans? Possible with travel visa pro. Will be using and recommending your services again and again. Thanks so much. Sincerely Holly

My husband and I sent our passports in and initiated our application with Travel Visa Pro on Dec 12 for Brazilian visas. Apparently, the San Fransisco Brazilian Embassy is really bogged down, and the earliest appointment Travel Visa Pro could secure was on Jan 26. We are departing on Feb 4, and this would put our visas arriving at our house on Feb 3! However, I checked around with other Seattle and San Fran visa services, and not only did Travel Visa Pro have the most competitive prices, but they also had the earliest appointment time available for Brazilian visas. We just resigned ourselves to sweating things out until right before the start of our trip.
WELL! Travel Visa Pro was able to expedite our visas (presumably new appointment times opened up at the Embassy), and we received them more than three weeks early! They never solicited additional payment from us for this, they just did it unprompted, and we always received excellent communication and support from their team. I can’t recommend them highly enough. It was well worth the cost, as I have no idea how we would have been able to do this on our own.

I am very pleased with their service and promptness. We wanted to apply for China visa and the lady in Seattle office checked all our documents to make sure nothing was missing. There was one thing missing that I emailed her. We submitted on a Thursday our passports and got a phone call the next week Thursday to pick it up. Very professional, prompt and easy process with them.

Since all of my documents needed to be sent to the San Francisco office, I didn’t deal with the Seattle office at all. However, I did want to write a review on the company since I was SO happy with their service. We decided to add Brazil to our existing itinerary at the last minute. They have quite an strange Visa process, especially if you live in the southeastern US. (My boyfriend lives in NC and had to send bank statements to prove he could financially support himself). I hate sending my passport anywhere, and the thought of getting it back right before we were leaving just about gave me a panic attack. My option was to pay an extra $ 120 for a faster processing time (10 – 15 days vs. 15 – 20). I called the SF office, and the girl assured me that if I paid the lower price, I would have it back by the 20th day. She said it could be earlier, but since it is a busy travel time, they couldn’t promise that. They contacted me as soon as they received my documents and when they were sending my passport back (with the tracking info). In the end, I got it back in NINE days. I truly appreciate the fact that they didn’t take advantage of me and tell me to pay the higher price when it wasn’t needed. Throughout the process, I called and emailed several times with questions. They were very friendly and helpful, and emails were returned very quickly. I highly recommend them!

Amazing Service!
I was so frustrated with the Indian Visa process, that i was about to cancel my trip until i found a review for Travel Visa Pro on Unilocal.I called the Seattle office and i called and spoke with Jessica, who was so helpful and walked me through the process and saved me a trip 4 hour drive!
We received our visas in about a weeks time! Well worth the money.

Wow! It is a little hidden gem! Jessica is great, fast and helpful with the services. I am surprise that there is no review until now. with me. Anyhow, she was able to help with our visa application to Brazil, got it processed quickly and off the door we go! Also, in comparison with other visa agency, this place is really good pricing.
