Treina is a gifted healer. She is warm and creates a safe environment for growth and exploration, the personification of non-​judgment. She also offers a keen intelligence and insightfulness, but empowers the client to gain their own insights. Treina was consistently present and invested in sessions. She supported me thru a challenging time and I am very grateful for the growth I gained from our sessions.

Treina is a remarkable woman, and I am so fortunate that I’ve had the opportunity to work with her. I’ve seen a couple of therapists in the past, but none have encouraged me and helped me to strengthen my identity in the same level that Treina has. She’s helped me to see the choices I have in life instead of feeling like life is racing past me. She’s helped me slow down and be cognizant of where I am in the moment, and she’s helped me see how I am in my relationship and worked with me to understand how I am being perceived. I feel empowered with the tools to stand up for myself and face whatever life throws my way because of Treina’s encouragement, wisdom, and understanding. I can’t recommend her highly enough. I wish everyone that I meet could have an opportunity to talk with her; the world would be a more peaceful place.
