My team and I have worked diligently to create a dealership that is the place we always wanted to shop, and we hope you will feel the same way. By combining Triumph, KTM and Zero all under one roof, backed by a fantastic selection of pre-​owned options, we may just have what you are looking for.

More than that, we have worked on developing a space that you can stop in, have a cup of coffee and talk bikes. All while seeing the latest and greatest from the best brands in motorsports.

This is a family owned business and we try to treat our customers like members of the family. We are riders to! Just spent the morning (and a lot of money) here, great store! I needed some new motorcycle gear and didn’t know what I needed, James was super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient and answered all my questions making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He also didn’t try to up sell me on more gear than I needed. A great shopping experience, I’ll definitely be back for all my future purchases. The prices were very reasonable as well, similar to what I would have spent online.

Every experience I have here has been excellent. I’ve purchased a motorcycle here, brought that same bike in for service, and had repairs after I dumped my motorcycle.
They are friendly, attentive, and meet their promises. I love places that I can trust. The service manager makes me feel like part of the club, and not just a customer.
No judgments (I don’t change my own oil, they don’t care) or superior attitudes… just a love of motorcycles and the riders of the aforementioned!

I was a customer at Triumph of Tacoma until they unfortunately closed at the end of the year. I had some accessories that needed installation, and ended up at this dealer. The service writer, Daniel, was a pleasure to work with. Even with the service quote being under bid, he kept to his word and charged only the quoted shop time.
This shop will make the shortage back, as I will definitely be a return customer.

I’m a scooter enthusiast that was in an accident a couple months ago. Needed a replacement helmet so went to Triumph for their winter sale to stock up on some new gear. Was in there for almost 3 hours and ended up coming out with a new helmet, an armored jacket, pants and gloves. Very nice and informative staff. Sonny worked with us and was great. Would recommend this place to anyone. No high pressure sales. Lots of industry knowledge and genuinely good people.

Went with my male partner to get a helmet and gear for his scooter, knowing nothing about any of the gear. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and Sonny spent tons of time with us ensuring we had the right fit for a helmet, answering questions and providing good insight on all gear. Spoke to me (a woman) with just as much respect as he did to my partner. Would recommend this place to any beginner and those of any gender given my experience in general and especially with Sonny.

This review is long overdue. I purchased a new 2013 Triumph Street Triple in July of 2013. The whole team at Triumph of Seattle is helpful and friendly. Garrett and Aaron specifically helped me with my purchase. They both did a great job of answering all my questions, making my purchase decision easy and hassle free. As for service (all of which was done by Triumph of Seattle), it was done well and, more often than not, faster than estimated.
Alas, I sold my beloved Triple in order to buy a new bike that would better serve my now longer commute. Triumph was on my short list in addition to bikes from a couple other manufacturers. Garrett was understanding of my reasons for looking at other manufacturers and did his best to help me weigh the pros and cons of the various bikes I was considering. In the end, I went with a bike from another manufacturer and that with some hesitation, knowing I would no longer be taking advantage of the customer service I had grown accustomed to at Triumph of Seattle. They’ve set a high bar against which all my interactions with dealers will now be measured.
Well worth your time stopping in if you are looking for a new Triumph, KTM, used bike, or just want to hang out with cool people and great bikes.

I bought my bike from Triumph of Seattle when they were in Lynnwood. At the time I was really impressed with their passion but found the trip there a little much at times. When they moved near my house in North Seattle I figured I might was well get a tent there.
When my son visited from Austin he was struck with the place and thought it was the best motorcycle dealer he’d been to.
Having experienced the service department at other dealers I know that the service quality and attention to detail is excellent and on par with the best auto service I have had.
Special call out to Richard Ramsey in parts and apparel. He has guided me through several bike projects and makes astute gear suggestions. In my opinion he is the best at what he does in the Seattle area.

This is definitely my new go to spot for accessories and apparel. They’ve got a wide selection of helmets and shields, pants, jackets, gloves, grips, bars, and boots/​shoes. I like their aesthetic: the modern urban rider stuff that I guess Triumph is kind of known for. Don’t worry though, they’ve got all the sporty techy clothing and goods as well, just not for me. Very helpful sales people who were attentive but not pushy.

I live in Vancouver, WA and bought a bike long distance, sight unseen from this dealership. The salesman was Andy and the Sales Manager was Joey. Andy described the bike to me and answered all of my questions. I negotiated the deal with Joey. Both of these guys were polite and professional and very eager to please. They held the bike for me until I could pick it up a week later. It was everything they said it was and there were no surprises. I was very pleased with everything except it took FOREVER to complete the transaction (about two hours for a cash sale). The bike was checked out by the service department, all the fluids topped off and a full tank of gas before I took possession. If you want to buy a bike, ask for Andy.

I live in the Tacoma area and bought my bike from Triumph of Tacoma and they were great but I thought I would just take a look at Triumph of Seattle one day to see what they have going on.
I was thoroughly impressed with the selection of aftermarket parts they had for my Triumph Thruxton. I talked with a few guys and one ended up helping me buy a whole bunch of aftermarket parts and a sick new helmet (Biltwell Gringo).
The mirror adapters didn’t end up working out properly when I got home to try and install my new mirrors. I called up a few days later and talked to Sonny on the phone and he told me to head back up and he would check it out.
Finally had time to make it up there today and went and found Sonny. I was probably a little bit of a pain in the ass but he was still awesome and helped me out finding something that would work. It took a little bit of monkeying around but we eventually found the proper adapter for my new mirror and I was on my way. Got home and the mirror went on like a piece of cake.
I only have one thing that I really hate about the place… it has too much cool shit that makes me want to spend all my money. ;)

As good as it gets. i am a serious female rider and usually am overlooked when it comes to walking into a shop. i got this feeling the first time i came in here to test ride a bike and left with a bad taste in my mouth. i came back a few months later and was very very impressed. glad i did give the shop another chance. i smoking deal on bike. no hassle, customer service is A+++ owner seems very cool. service manager Daniel was very professional and accommodating for my service needs. my only complaint is i cant afford all the bikes i want in the shop.

Though I haven’t reached my decision on picking up the bike that I want but Joey has been very patient, understand, and answering every question that I ask him. To be honest I didn’t do my research when it came to which local KTM dealership to work with when buying my first KTM. I ended going to Triumph of Seattle as they were the closest to my home which I figured would make it easiest for service as well as last minute bits and pieces when going on a trip. I really lucked out with these guys, every detail and transaction from the motorcycle to accessories has been a really pleasurable experience and continues to be enjoyable with every visit. Everyone at this dealership is super passionate about motorcycling and the brands they service. When the bike was delivered I was given an in-​depth walk-​through of bike as well as introduced to the service manager who I would be working with when I brought the bike back for it’s break-​in service.
The parts and accessories manager has been a great resource of knowledge and helped me pick out the right gear for myself with «no sales pressure» which made me feel more comfortable when making bigger purchases like a new helmet and riding jacket.
If you’re looking for a Triumph, KTM or just looking for a resource for your riding parts and accessories I would highly recommend this shop. They will make you feel like family and provide an experience that will make you come back time and again.

Initially there was some confusion on my part on how diagnostics for my 20 year old Triumph would proceed, however upon speaking with the owner Garret, I was completely comfortable with the service to be done. He took interest in not only my bike but me as a rider of a Triumph. I’m very impressed at their commitment to customer care and was treated very well.

OMG! Just got my Suzuki DR650 back from the shop and it is like a NEW BIKE! They were so meticulous that they even removed the protective plastic over my signal indicator I could never get off. They are a great crew with deep knowledge and a great selection of bikes, plus they will help you with any question and no «hard sells». Very comfortable walking around asking questions to the kind and knowledgeable staff. My new favorite bike shop!

I had been looking for either a replacement or a second bike and had stopped in Triumph of Seattle many times. Danielle was always friendly and ready to help. After kicking tires several times I finally rode a couple of bikes and decided on a used BMW. From there is smooth sailing to the delivery. Danielle and Joey made it easy to move up to a newer bike and the whole process was great. As someone who also sells for a living, it’s great when you have a smooth experience with no pressure. Garret’s been a part of the rider community here for a while, and as such was able to pull in knowledgeable and helpful staff. I purchased a helmet from them. They helped get me sized up, installed the pinlock, and the whole bit.
