Tsongas Litigation Consulting, Inc. (Tsongas) is one of the most experienced trial consulting firms in the nation. Founded in Portland in 1978 as one of the pioneers in the field, our team has decades of experience assisting attorneys and organizations in preparation for trial, mediation, and arbitration. Our experience over the last three decades as a strategic partner on thousands of cases in nearly all states has allowed us to continuously improve our methodologies and understanding of fact finder decision making and persuasion.

We are a full service firm, providing a full range of research and trial consulting services, including case strategy, community attitude surveys, pre-​trial jury research, identification of key issues, development of case themes, witness preparation, jury selection, courtroom visuals, assistance with opening statement and closing argument, and post-​trial juror interviews.

Manager

Chris Dominic serves as President and a Senior Consultant of Tsongas Litigation Consulting, Inc. He leads the company’s national practice and counsels clients on cases ranging from everyday litigation and ADR to some of the highest profile, highest stakes trials in the nation. Dominic began working with Tsongas Litigation Consulting in 1997. He has presented many seminars across the nation on case strategy, witness preparation, pre-​trial research, jury selection, litigation graphics, and jury decision-​making.

Dominic’s background in persuasion and advocacy has contributed to his expertise working with attorneys on case strategy, witness preparation, litigation graphics, and effective courtroom communication techniques. His previous experience in corporate management and management consulting provides him with unique insights on commercial litigation, intellectual property, health care, and employment issues.
