Good strong coffee served very hot. Pleasant seating area if not fancy. Good place to rest as bit after walking around downtown seattle all day.

Moderate sized Tully’s. Not a huge number of seats, but enough that most of them are filled, yet you can always find a place to sit. The view out to the street is alright, and the big windows make the place feel not too stuffy. The free wifi works good and reliable. The area is clean, so is the bathroom. The baristas are nice. Some of them not the warmest, but certainly not rude either. The drinks are fine and consistent. In the mornings there can be a line, but the baristas are quick enough that it’s never a long wait. Another reliable Tully’s. :)

This is my coffee place. You’ll see me in there about 4 times a week. The staff is great and the java tastes smooth instead of burnt. They just started serving soup at lunch. The chicken chili was delish.

This is my favorite Tully’s in Seattle. That might sound a little weird, but I work in downtown Seattle, located to about 3 or 4 of them, all within a block or two of one another. This one is right next to a few other coffee shops — Zeitgeist and Starbucks. And while I love Starbucks, I often find myself at Tully’s. I’m not sure if it’s because of the distance or because of their amazing Cheddar Bacon Bagel, but I’m there more often than not. The baristas are nice, and I see them probably every single morning. A bit of a shame that they don’t know my name or my drink yet, especially since it’s the same girls over and over — and because Starbucks down the street knows who I am(but I digress… lol). But the fact is that the drinks are consistent — which is tough nowadays. Whenever I ask for an iced dopio, they give me just enough ice and just enough espresso — without it feeling/tasting watered down. They also started some new Tully’s reward program, and even though I’m sure I’ve had more than 10 drinks within the last week, I still haven’t been offered my free drink. I won’t ask for it either, I’ll just wait til they give it to me. Overall, this place is great if you’re looking for a solid cup of coffee, a great atmosphere, free wifi, and tons of space to hangout in. Just don’t expect them to remember who you are. :)

This is a well run store; I like their service better than the local Starbucks. Typically, their espresso type beverages are quite good. Their drip coffee is good and fresh in the mornings and early afternoons but by around 3 they don’t seem to make fresh ones as often. The drip it is on the strong side and that is how I like it.

Pre-Amtrak-trip Chai from here. Hardly ever disappoints(if by much). The cute blond chick who took my order was kind of fascinated at my pleasant surprise of finding no raisins in the WoW oatmeal cookie I got. She was like«I think it does have them… ohhh cranberrys/craisins, this looks good(!)» I was like«finally, i always like oatmeal cookies that don’t have raisins.»

I miss the blueberry shakes… a summer time special! Java is solid, bold, tasty, and I can use my debt card to pay, unlike the hippie coffee joint across the street! Cash only? Come on! So, yeah, it’sa corporate coffee house, but it suits my needs and there are plenty of seats to sit and enjoy a nice cuppa joe.
