This is one of those bookstores where you go to find a hidden treasure or obscure text that you never knew you loved. The shelves are packed and the books are piled in the isles but the staff always know where to go when you are looking for something specific. However, I’d recommend going with an open mind and spending some time browsing through the wide range of books here. You may not always be able to find the latest and greatest, but you will almost certainly find something far more interesting and experience a bookstore that feels alive with its history. That’s part of the magic of a place like this — exploring and rummaging through unique and fascinating texts with your own hands, exciting your senses with the texture and smell of the pages. If you love books, this place will love you back.

I waited a long time for this store to finally open. In a short amount of time the inventory became really interesting. Unbelievable and amazing, every time I look for a specific book, I’ve been able to find it. If you’re in the area, please visit this store. It’s such a good thing to have a good used bookstore in our community.

This outpost of Twice Sold Tales is attached to the Bauhaus coffee shop, so that some patrons of the coffee shop don’t realize it’s a separate store, and think the books are free to be taken next door, so probably don’t do that… It isn’t a cluttered, musty bookstore, but it still has a good used bookstore feel and smell, maybe because of the coffee percolating in the background. The selection is not extensive, but there are lots of great finds that make browsing totally worthwhile. It is kind of strange seeing lots of empty shelf space, but perhaps they’re in the midst of acquiring more. Prices are reasonable, and there was thankfully no bookstore cat(at least not when I was there). The website even lists a «happy hour» from 6 – 8 pm, where everything is 25% off. Service was very pleasant.
