Chef Tak Kurachi has been in the Japanese food business for almost his entire life! After years of enjoying classic udon noodle dishes in Japan, Tak decided to bring the genuine experience to Seattle. Tak opened U: DON to share the classic flavors of Japanese noodle houses with Seattle and the rest is history! Tak hopes that you’ll stop by and try one of his many udon variations the next time you’re going out to eat in the University District.
