Our wedding went off without a hitch! Hilarie is so amazing. We had an all outdoor ceremony and reception, and it rained. Still, everyone had an amazing time, and we’ve gotten an incredible amount of compliments on the way it was set up! Everything we’ve heard was positive, and every single bit of it is to Hilarie’s credit. I literally didn’t even think about any details during the day. I was drinking mimosas, and being pampered. It was absolutely the best day of my life, no doubt about it. That feeling is all due to Hilarie’s hard work! She was on top of every single detail of my wedding day. She took care of the deliveries and pickups, decorations (she arranged all of our flowers, and our entire table setting for that matter), packing up at the end of the night, and she made sure every one of the vendors knew the timeline. She was the point person for every vendor we had at the wedding from two weeks out, and had a smile on her face the whole time.
Hilarie designed our tables and place settings (and helped choose the wedding colors) in her mind seemingly, and it was absolutely beautiful brought to life. Walking outside in my own wedding was like walking into a rainy paradise of beautiful colors :) It actually brings me to tears to think about how I felt when I saw the tables and all of the beautiful decorations.
Hilarie also dealt with a lot of emergencies before the day of. I hired her as our planner throughout the entire wedding, so from the very beginning, she was there. She helped me with many a fiasco, including our rental company saying they actually didn’t have enough of anything for us, our head count going WAY over the venue max, and an incredible dress fiasco where the seamstress failed to provide us with 5 out of the 7 bridesmaids dresses we ordered in March, and this was 6 days before the wedding. Hilarie was with us the whole time, took over the organization and color of the dresses and it worked out great. It was absolutely gorgeous actually.
I highly recommend Hilarie. She was a joy to work with through the entire process, and when we got overwhelmed, she would put us in a more relaxed place, insisting that we take a coupon to get a massage, etc. Looking back, she was more help and comfort than I even realized!
Hilarie, We are absolutely in love with the wedding that you gave us. You’re an amazing wedding planner! Bryan and I can’t stop talking about our wedding and how great it was, and how incredibly lucky we found you!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
