Dr. Kelly and her team are outstanding. She did a sinus lift graft and later an implant. Both were a success and I now have a tooth where one had been missing for over 15 years. I was a bit nervous but her staff put me completely at ease as did she. The front office staff was very complete and had all aspects of my insurance ready for me. Thank you, Dr. Kelly and staff!

My experience was a nightmare. I only needed one wisdom tooth pulled but they told me it would be only $ 300 – 400 total for all 4 so I might as well get them all out. For that price I agreed. However, I ended up being billed $ 1500. When I called to question it they said they hadn’t had enough time to hear back from my insurance when they gave me the quote, even though they told me the estimate with certainty and confidence. I learned to always get an estimate in writing and to avoid this place!!!

Maybe I was making a bigger deal about the surgery than I should have been, but I feel like I was in and out like it was a routine cleaning. I had four wisdom teeth pulled in one sitting and came out of the surgery pain free — but that was expected. They nailed the mixture of pain killer spot on. The next two days I was SORE. I did not enjoy the jaw pain. They sent me home with a nice ‘get better’ kit which included painkiller Rx, a very convenient head-wrap with ice packs, a couple stacks of gauze, and a syringe to flush the wounds. Post-op someone from the office called to check-in on me. I called with questions a few days later and received a prompt call back. Getting wisdom teeth extracted SUCKS, but I’m glad I chose UOM to perform the procedure. Thanks to the staff and techs who sat in and humored me while I succumbed to the laughing gas and final sleepy drugs.

I have to say that this practice gets an A+ in my book. My son had an infected wisdom tooth that had been bothering him for months. I brought him in to the office today for an evaluation when Dr. Kutcipal noticed how infected the tooth was. She felt very strongly about getting that tooth out today and made it happen. The surgery was swift and went very well. No problems. What a relief! I’m so grateful that Dr K and the staff at UO&MS were on their game because my boy has not felt well for a long time. Now, he’ll be back to his old self in a few days. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Kutcipal

Dr Patricia Kelly and staff are thorough, friendly, and highly competent. I am a general dentist and this is where I chose to take my teenager for her wisdom teeth removal. –sm
