I love this place! It is very organized, clean and very friendly, but most of all they have the best customer service. You can find any kind of hair that suites you and if not the owner can order it for you. This place also has a hair salon. Location, location, location!

The owner is wonderful and provides exceptional customer service. I love the variety of hair that she provides and is constantly providing me with different styles of hair. The best part of this store is the location, I no longer have to commute to the south end to get my hair products…

Was looking for braid hair and didnt way to go all the way downtown so stopped here. Verryyy small store with kids of the owner im guessing running around and playing in the aisles. Very limited supplies, and what supplies and products they do have are pricey and the hair off brand. Go ahead and go downtown to ensure u get what u want and need.

I was really confused about the ONE review here on Unilocal,but then I noticed that the profile name is actually Nesha’s! That’s her email address on her business card! that explains the review! ha ha what a joke!
First time getting extensions which were put in by Nesha on the evening of December 30^th. one track started coming out on the 1^st by the evening of the 3^rd each track of extensions was literally hanging off one half of my head! I had no choice but to remove them the next morning which was a Sunday. I started texting her asking for her to make it right. 1^st I’m pretty sure that getting a refund would be the LEAST that she could do seeing as how the extensions were on my head for LESS than a week, she told me they would last for at least 3 weeks and all i needed to do at that point was come in and tighten them, i didn’t even make it past the weekend. 2^nd I was out when each track started coming out, if that is not embarrassing, i have NO IDEA what is!!! Granted I was upset when i initially sent her a text, but I was actually going really easy on her, meaning, no insults. I was being pretty polite. I even told her that i would get back to her because I was so upset. I continued to text her the next day in order to get this resolved. She actually had the audacity to have me try to work out a date and time that would work for HER because she was unwilling to rearrange her schedule to make it right, let alone give me any sort of refund. She was fully aware that I work monday through Friday 8 – 5, but the best time she could come up with was Monday at NOON!!! WHAT??? I have continued, up until today, to try contacting her to set up a time for her to try to make her HUGE mistake, right. Do you know she hasn’t responded to my texts since January 9^th!!!
I wouldn’t ever recommend her to my worst enemy! This is the most unprofessional, rude unacceptable treatment that I have ever received. the best part is I actually gave her a heads up that I would be posting this on Unilocal.Do you think she responded? She sure hasn’t!
