This is the first Condo Development in the growing SLU area. It is built on the corner of 9th and Harrison. This is a 6 floor, 99 unit project that is nearly sold out. I think as of today there are about 4 or 5 units unsold. The ground floor are all full loft units. The 2nd and 3rd floor and flats (1 story). The 4th and 5th floor are flexi-​lofts (the loft is only 5 ½ feet tall). The 6th floor are a full loft units, like the 1st floor. There is underground parking and a common BBQ area.
