Wells Fargo Bank

I love the convenience of this location, on Michigan Street just off of I-​5. The tellers at this location have the most genuine smiles. The men at the desks always seem rushed and impatient though.
This is the smallest Wells Fargo I have ever seen. With only two tellers on duty and a couple of men sitting at desks, this place fills up quickly. The line often reaches the door. It goes quickly though.
It’s never out of my way to stop by this bank, and that’s what I love about it.

Absolutely the Worst Service Manager Ever!
The Service Manager Crystal is a terrible representation of this Bank!
Crystal made a promise and she failed to keep that promise and lied to me when I called back to confront her about it. She changed her story several times and was chomping a piece of bubble gum the whole time like a teenage girl. (very unprofessional) Crystal is costing our company a substantial amount of time, energy, and money and she shows no remorse for her actions. I am going to notify corporate in the morning and if nothing is done I will certainly be ending all my Wells Fargo Accounts and never dealing with such poor service again.
This Bank was the pits… Due to A poor Service Manager named Crystal.

I usually don’t ‘bank’ with Wells Fargo so this is a first for me to write a review for them.
This location is located in Georgetown in a business park that includes a Starbucks, other small restaurants (think Herfy’s, a phở shop, etc) and then Wells Fargo.
I ended up at Wells because I tried to go to a nearby Credit Union ATM which rejected my USAA card. The automated reason given was «Your Card Cannot be Accepted.» Pretty strange error and one I’ve never seen before.
So I drove around the corner and walked into Wells Fargo. Their lobby is pretty small (with maybe 2 – 3 teller windows) and only one ATM.
I waited to use the ATM, withdrew my cash and then walked in to talk to a teller.
I was greeted quickly by a male teller who was super friendly and was glad to help me with my transactions. I basically needed to change my ATM cash to one $ 100 bill as well as break my $ 20’s into $ 10’s. I also needed a new checkbook register and the manager was happy to get me the books as well as offer me a free checkbook cover.
Considering I’m not a ‘customer’ of theirs, I felt that they were very friendly and offered service above and beyond what they needed to.
Good for quick service if you don’t have anything too pressing.
