No god damn chicken products after 1am!!! Screw this place to hell. I’m never going to Wendy’s again.

The food here is always consistently at least pretty-good; nothing out of the ordinary, but that’s what you want with fast food. However, during my last visit, I was curious about the pulled pork and inquired how spicy it was. They explained there are different levels, but I didn’t have an objective baseline. As if reading my mind, the manager(I think) stepped out and have me a tiny cup of the sauce with some complimentary fries so I could try it out. Loved the sauce, so got the sandwich, which was really good as well. A little messy, but the bun holds it together quite nicely.

The worst fuckin food I’ve ever had in all of my life. If you have thoughts of coming here then reevaluate your life. Big fuckin mistake coming here today. The food smelt 10 times worse than the fucking food I feed my dog. Shut this place down because they are literally taking food from a dumpster, throwing it in a bag and make you pay to eat their fucking garbage.

Despite the low rating; I went here anyway, because I was in the mood for a junior burger. Also, tried a Crispy Chicken 1.19 for myself and a chicken sandwich combo for the wife. Wow! Maybe I should have bought some lotto tickets, because everything was good(even the soda which is slightly flat due to lack of syrup at any fast food joint I go to.) My wife even had everything positive to say about this Wendy’s experience. Presentation was nice. You can tell they just didn’t literally ‘throw’ it together. ALL the vegetables were crisp. And it was even ergonomically stacked correctly in the bag. I do not go normally go to Wendy’s nor do I visit the Lake City area often, but I’ve been to the Federal Way, Bellevue, and Kirkland locations and the Lake City Location is tops. This will go down as a very memorable Wendy’s moment. I went on Saturday, July 11th, at around 230 pm. My compliments to the staff during that shift, I will visit again to test consistency.

Ordered BBQ Chicken salad. Received a Pomegranate. Vinaigrette dressing. Chicken wasn’t grilled: had the skin on. Pieces were so large I had to use a knife. Same with the bacon… weren’t ‘bits’ were quarter slices. Had to repeat my order because the guy wasn’t paying attention.

Consistently gets simple orders at the drive through wrong. Without holding up the entire line behind you to double check THEIR work, you don’t find out til you’re home. The problem seems to consistently lie with the kitchen staff, as the people taking the orders sound competent, repeating the order back at the window. This is the only reason they’re getting two stars instead of one.

WORSTWENDY’S EVER! I go here sometimes because it happens to be close to where I live but tonight was the last time. At least 3 out of 4 time there will be something wrong with the order and it always takes a very long time to get food through the drive thru. Tonight my wife and I stopped by late at night to grab a couple of spicy chicken sandwiches. We ordered a meal and an extra sandwich. The only item they didn’t manage to get wrong was the drink. Ordered large fries, got a medium(and they were cold and soggy), ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and I got a fish sandwich and a spicy chicken with no tomato and disgusting rotten lettuce on it. Seriously rotten! I uploaded a picture, take a look, I almost threw up when I saw what I was eating. Don’t go here! It is the worst Wendy’s ever!

Out of everything I wanted to order, laughed when they announced they were out of it. Stale fries didn’t help, absolutely awful customer service. Never going to visit this location again

They always seem to have a surplus of staff, yet frequently get orders wrong. They’ve forgotten menu items many times. When I call in to get a refund, it always goes to voice mail and no one ever gets back to me(yeah it’s a small amount of money, but it’s the principle). They also skimp on the frostys, my last one was only 2⁄3 full =( Wendy’s is my favorite fast food chain and this is the location closest to me, but after so many failures it’s not worth going anymore.

Cold burger. It always happens to me only at fast food places. Hoped Wendy’s would be different, but nope.

WORSTWENDY’S I HAVEEVERBEENTO! I have been to this store several times over the past decade or so… and hands down it is the most pathetic fast food experience I’ve ever had. I recently went there 3 times over the last couple of weeks via the drive-thru and I kid you not… something went wrong EVERY time. First, they left something off my sandwich, with the added bonus of no napkins in the bag. Next time they left something ELSE off the exact SAME sandwich. Lastly(I stupidly gave them ONE more chance) the fish patty was obviously stale and dried up inside. To top it off, the girl that works in the drive-thru at this location(all my recent visits were on weeknights around 5:30pm) is not friendly or helpful at all. She does not smile or greet you at the window. She speaks way too softly to be heard at the drive-thru menu board and gets annoyed if you ask her to repeat herself. I will never go back, and have been telling everyone I know how shitty this place is. Corporate better do something or I don’t see it lasting much longer.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I was trying to make an order when I was cut of midway I’m the drive through and told my total. When I pulled to the window my order was incorrect.(Big surprise since I wasn’t allowed to complete the order). To make things worse the man at the window acted like I am the one who screwed things up. I used to work retail when I was younger so I have him the benefit of the doubt and said«have a nice night.» He looked at me like I stole his lunch money and never responded. It’s just a fast food so I don’t expect red carpet service. I do expect to be able to finish my order and pay for my order without getting mean mugged. I find it funny that the fast food workers in Seattle are lobbying for $ 15 an hour. I think this guy deserves a raise.

Stopped by to get dinner before grocery shopping. Wish we hadn’t. This place was filthy and smelly. We ordered the bacon pretzel burger and the mushroom portobello bacon melt. The only decent thing we got was our fries and Frosty. Both burgers were overcooked. There were only two small mushrooms on the melt. The staff was slow and incompetent. Took about 15 minutes to take our order. They messed up everyone else’s orders from inside and the drive-thru. We will never come back.

Late night… midnight meal… deal! Not so fast but i haven’t had any bad food yet and I been here a few late nights after studying this summer… Not my favorite fast food burger joint but it works on a budget.

I go here for two things, mainly: the ¾ pound cheesburger for $ 6.00 ala carte, and the Frosty. Both are delicious, and better than McDonalds. The ¾ burger is the only burger I’ve had that actually fills me up. The chicken sandwiches are about the only other thing I order, and all of it is better than Jack in the Box or McDonalds. I haven’t even seen a Burger King around since the 1980’s, so they’re out of the picture. Dick’s burgers are great, but I need about four of them to fill me up, and that’s over $ 10. Yep, I eat like a pig when I’m manly-hungry, and nope, I don’t share, so keep your hands off my stack. The ¼, ½ and ¾-pound burgers are really the best things on the menu, and as I mentioned, a Frosty. The chili is tolerable, but lacks any real flavor, and could really do with a jolt of beef base or bullion or something more beefy tasting. The fries are better than McDonalds, and I don’t even remember eating at Jack in the Box in this century, so I’ve pretty much narrowed down my fast food choices.

So I came here at 10:45am on New Years Day & they weren’t open yet. :(Bummer Then I came back on Thursday at 11:01am and they were open! Yay! I was dying to try the new Santa Fe Cheeseburger. It was awesome. Almost as good as a Red Robin burger. Wish they would be open for breakfast.

Just so you know. .. I did not choose to come here. That being said, let’s get on to my review! For a «fast food» place, they had incredibly slow service. Our food took a long time to come out and they were completely out of napkins?! Really? So weird. .. it wasn’t super late at night either! We picked a bunch of stuff off the dollar menu(chicken wrap, spicy chicken nuggets, etc). .. all were ehhh. I prefer McD’s over Wendy’s but again, I did not choose to come here.

First off, it’s Wendy’s. I do like some of their food, but I don’t usually go here very often. I’ve been going to this location for years and it’s pretty much always the same. The food is fine and orders have always been accurate, but the service is SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. It doesn’t matter if it’s in the drive-thru or at the counter. The service crawls along. You’d think they’d hire more staff or utilize the second cash register, but they don’t. It’s very frustrating. They also always argue with me when I say I want to order a Junior Frosty. I want it because it’s small… that’s the whole dang point. Instead they tell me that I need to buy a bigger one and do I REALLYWANT a Junior size? Yes, I want like 5 bites of Frosty to curb my cravings… please get over it and just give me the dang tiny Frosty. I can order what I want! Whew, anyway… this Wendy’s is not the best. But it works in a pinch.
