I cannot recommend working with this company. As an interior designer, I had the owner, Stephen Hackner, sign a contract with me to do a very little bit of design work. I did not agree to much, because he came off as unprofessional from the beginning. I was introduced to him as a «developer», and came to realize that he was a contractor.
I was never paid for the work that I did. A contractor I worked closely with in the past did over $ 13,000 of work for him with no pay. A previous «partner» is still owed two months salary.
When I did a google search, there was a review posted by a previous client, but the review has somehow gone missing. This is a sketchy company and after working with several fantastic contractors, I highly advise avoiding this one. If you would like a good contractor, try PTB Construction.
