Stop reading reviews – this is the florist you should pick! Choosing a florist online is tough, trying to find a balance of price and quality. I found Willow and Bloom through Unilocal reviews, loved the look of their website and floral arrangements and they ended up exceeding my expectations!
From start to finish my experience was easy, timely and personal. I reached out through their online ordering system; I suggested one of the $ 55 arrangements but let them know I only had $ 45 to spend. The arrangement was for my friend that lives two states away from me and had recently had her heart broken, and I was very nervous that it wouldn’t turn out as perfect as I needed it to be. Within two hours of my request I received a personal email from Erika, the shop owner/​designer, letting me know my budget was just fine and that they would make the most cheerful design for my friend and deliver it to her the next day. This warmed my heart to receive a personal email! The next day my friend received the beautiful arrangement along with a phone call letting her know it was at her doorstep. She loved the flowers and Willow and Bloom even hand wrote the note I had written into a greeting card – so sweet and much more personal than the printed mini-​card most shops do.

I researched several different florists in the Seattle area before finally choosing Willow and Bloom. Ordering flowers from out of state is tough, because all you really have to help make you a decision are Unilocal reviews and websites.
I chose Willow and Bloom specifically because of their unique website and ordering system. They have sample bouquets clearly displayed on their front page that show their work and pricing. It gives you an idea of exactly what you get for your money.
Also, I liked that there wasn’t a minimum dollar order, you can just set how much you want to pay, what you want on the note, what flowers you prefer and that’s it. I got a confirmation shortly after and then I emailed the shop to ask when they expect to deliver. I got an email from Erika almost instantly and I appreciated their quick response.
End result, my friend LOVED the flower arrangement. I feel like I got way more than I paid for and the customer service was excellent. Great florist, will definitely order again!

I first came to this shop years ago when there was a larger location to visit. Now it is mostly deliveries, but you can expect the same great service and unique floral designs. They can even ship flowers to your loved ones out of state.
I highly recommend this place. Only reason for 4 stars is it can get a lil pricey.

I wired out an arrangement to them for the floral company I work for in New York, and Erika was gracious enough to do me a huge favor. I took a look at their work, and Miya has a great eye for creativity, which caught my attention out of the 10 other florists I could have chosen to work with in Washington. Thanks guys!

I happened to be in Fremont when I realized I should get some flowers for my boss (it was her birthday), so I stopped by willow & bloom and created a cute little bouquet with the help of the employee.
They had a nice little selection and weren’t too thrown off when I was more interested in «red flowers» than a specific kind of flower.
One thing I was really glad about was that I restrained myself and created a small bouquet, because that bouquet probably cost about $ 10 more than I was expecting.
Note: Looks like they recently closed this location, but you can still order flowers online (or by phone?) and get them delivered.

It was my first time ordering, hence the 4 stars and not 5. With family and clients in the area, we’ll update after the next order.
A quick phone call and chat about the colors, flowers and card. Rapid charge exchange and assurance that some carnation, baby’s breath mess wasn’t going to an important person. Service was polite and to the point.
We received a photo of the flowers and they were fresh, tastefully chosen and artfully arranged.

Ok — I’m obsessed with Willow and Bloom. I work a block away in Fremont and am constantly finding myself here. Yes — it’s pricy — but worth every penny. The arrangements are all so unique. Everytime I go in I ask the flourist to do what they want and every time they are so different from one another. My mom doesn’t want flowers from any where else.

Beautiful, high quality. Have received 2 beautiful arrangements (one small, one big) from here from someone who ordered over the phone, which would make it more challenging to pick out what I would like, but not for Willow and Bloom. They did a very detailed job with the descriptions given (and more!), and even for a picky person like myself, they exceeded any expectations. Highly, highly recommended.

I called at noon on Valentine’s Day hoping to order for delivery to Kirkland. While they weren’t able to help, they did give me a great recommendation. Thanks so much!

Went to this business to pice up supplies to finish out a bouquet I was making. They told me that they didn’t carry greenery or babies breath. That they only used roses and tulips for that in their work. They told me to use Market time or another business. Their attitude with me was as if I were not up to their standards of business. Not at all helpful. Insulting!!! As another business owner in the neighborhood I will never recomend this business to anyone.

I have gone here 2 or 3 times since it is on my way home. Every time I do, I regret it. I seem to always get the worst help and they also never have what I’m looking for. I did make a purchase here once and I will probably never again…
It was Christmas time and I was in desperate need of a (small) paper bag, and pretty gift wrapping paper for some gifts. I never looked at the prices. Ouch. I spent $ 25 on gift wrapping paper, a card, and a (SMALL) paper bag.
I convinced myself that it was worth it since the paper was so pretty and I saved myself a bus ride to Fred Meyer. When I got home I began to wrap my gift. To my horror, the paper was about 4’x2’ x 2 (2 sheets that size). I couldn’t believe that some gift wrapping paper I spent $ 10 on wasn’t a normal role size. I then spent about an hour cutting the paper here and there and playing a few tricks to get my entire gift wrapped. I really wished one of the girls had warned me about the size.
I’m sorry, but this place is way too overpriced and the service never seems to be all that great. Well actually it might be great if they see that your a middle aged woman — who has nothing better to spend her money on.
Truth is girlies who work at the counter and never talk to me, or ask me if I need any help, but only look at me as if I am just a filler in one of their bouquets, I am not your typical 23 year old passing by. I will spend money, I am married, I will listen to your advice but you’re too stuck up and think that the only real customers in your store are the old wives.
Oh well, your loss.

What an adorable store. Very whimsical, it’s quite a small store but a perfect place to pick up some small gifts. Wonderfully scented candles, soaps, indoor plants, little forget-​me-​nots. I don’t really need anything in here, but it’s nice just to look.

Found W&B on Unilocal and was ordering from NYC. (Love that they are in Fremont – where I first lived on my own 22 years ago) The website was a little awkward but Erika helped me understand what I could get for the minimum of $ 75. She also was very patient as I googled flowers that she listed so I could see what they looked like. In the end, she emailed a photo of the arrangment. yay! My mom was most intrigued that the card was handwritten and looked like my handwriting! I felt like I was doing business with someone who truly cared.

i wanted to buy my aunt a bouquet for Mothers day, and I could not spend more than 45 bucks. Walked in a half hour before they closed and told the gal, «I need something… quirky. My aunt is weird, but GOOD weird, but could you throw in a couple of roses just for the sake of being traditional but have it somehow tie in?» about 15 minutes and 37 dollars later, I had a bouquet my aunt would not stop fondling for a good 20 minutes. Score!
(And the gal, who’s name i forgot because Im currently having a blonde moment, was spectacular. Go here and through money at her).

I had to find an orchid plant to deliver to my aunt’s upcoming clinic grand opening in the Bellvue area, but the catch was that I was trying to do this from California and the event was in 2 days!
I looked at all the overnight and next day florists online, and was disappointed in the high cost and the generic looking selection of plants — plus it was almost impossible to find something that could be delivered in time.
Finally I found Willow & Bloom on Unilocal and checked out the photos on their website– Amazing arrangements and artistic plants! I called up and inquired about some orchid plants pictured, and Erika was so nice and easygoing on the phone. The price she quoted me for the orchid I selected was by far the best value I had seen all day, and the plant itself looked above and beyond what I expected to find.
With a reasonable delivery fee and easy phone or online ordering/​confirmation, I was able to successfully and affordably get an amazing orchid plant delivered to the event on time! My aunt and all the guests raved about the orchid, and Willow and Bloom came through brilliantly.
I would definitely get flowers/​plants from this shop again!

willow & bloom is tiny shop full of flowers for purchase and cute accessories– where you are greeted warmly and if you are lucky the friendly dog escorts you in.
A perfect place to walk through on a weekend with a cup of coffee or iced tea (Summer!) in hand. Browsing Fremont can be fun and willow & bloom is a must stop. Greeting cards, home décor, picture frames, chic knick knacks– a perfect mix.

A few weeks ago, I went and met with Miya about doing flowers for our wedding. She was great about going through design ideas and actually showing me flowers that she thought would be nice to use for the wedding. She answered all of my questions and showed me a few samples of a project she was working on at the time as well.
A couple of days after meeting with her, I received the estimate we’d spoken about via email with a confirmation of the date and a note saying that the date would be reserved for two weeks from the date that the estimate was sent. The estimate for the table arrangements was quite a bit higher than some other bids I’d received so I asked if W&B would be willing to do solely the personal flowers (my bouquet, the maid of honor, and the corsages for our moms); I got a resounding yes for that as well.
Two days later, I went to the store looking for Miya to pay for our personal flowers (with many days left before the two weeks was up), but she wasn’t in. I’d sent her an email and got an email back Monday saying that they’d been hired for a larger party so they would not, in fact, be able or willing to do the flowers for our wedding at all. I was still confused about why we were told that we had the date reserved for 2 weeks if that wasn’t true, but I didn’t really get a good answer. I can only guess that we lost out for either a) not paying quickly enough or b) having a large enough order to actually hold the date.
Overall, while I’m sure their arrangements are nice, they’re pretty expensive, and if you’re planning an event, you may want to pay quickly rather than thinking you have two weeks– even if that’s what you’re told.

Amazing. This locally owned and run florist captures national attention with their incredible attention to detail, original arrangements that are more works of art then bouquet, and very warm and friendly service.
It’s a little on the pricey side, but let’s face facts you get what you pay for, and Willow & Bloom is well worth it.
Spend the extra cash you won’t be disappointed, and I guarantee you will come back.

Delightful new florist and gift shop in the heart of Fremont.
Innovative floral design and a great selection of cards, gifts, jewelry and fragrance make this my new favorite store in the ‘hood. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I left, thinking, ‘Man, I want EVERYTHING in there!’

Next time you get your gal some petals, pick ‘em up here. Their bouquets are unique and beautiful. She’ll know you did your homework.
