Windermere Property Management Wpm

I recently contacted this property management company about a unit they had listed on craigslist– I called and sent an email. My email received a prompt response, directing me back to the person that I had just left a VM message for. Several days passed, and I sent another email. The response I received is incredible… but not in a good way.
The property manager said that he receives between 25 – 50 emails/​inquiries a day and that somehow my email must have fallen through the cracks. But that it didn’t really matter because her received other inquiries on the property and so it would probably have been too late for me anyways.
I was totally aghast to receive this type of response as a prospective client. Well, how ironic that I am just as busy as this property manager. In fact think I could claim to be busy as I receive upward of 100 emails a day and manage 250 people. Never would I consider telling one of my clients that the volume of my correspondence is the reason for being tardy, much less non responsive to their inquiry. It’s amazing to me how flip this property manager was, and I am offended by my brief experience with Windermere.
Windermere should take a close look at their managers and the impact that their representative make, or don’t, on their client base. I can guarantee that I’m one person that may not be able to wash the bad taste out of my mouth and would not dare consider contacting Windermere in the future, or recommending them to anyone.
I guess this goes to show that you just can’t buy class!!!
